[Resolved] JustDial.com — cancellation of just dial ecs | |||||
Hello I'm a dentist by profession practicing in maharashtra. I had started just dial service from dec 2016. I had signed contract of 1 year with just dial for supreme pack. It was completed in dec 2017. I have requested them many time for stoppage of ecs after termination of my contract period. They have completely neglected my request n continue charging me rs 1151/- of ecs amount. I have been charged for 20 months for rs 23000/- just dial representative had assured me for 1 year contractual period. But even after completion of contractual period they are continuously charging me rs 1151/- from my sbi account neglecting my request. I had mailed them and had telephonic conversation many times for stoppage of service. I've also lodged complaint in concerned bank. I request you to kindly look into matter and help me out regarding this issue. I'm submitting all the required documents. Thanking you in anticipation Was this information helpful? | |||||
