I used jd pay app to receive some amount from sender. Jd pay didn't mention about any charges. It's prompted to upload kyc, i uploaded kyc. After that it enabled to send payment link to sender. Sender done payment. Jd pay didn't informed anything about charges, receivers kyc status to the sender. Jd pay simply deducted the amount from the sender's account and didn't credited to me. I submitted all my aadhar, pan card, voter id, bank account statement and cancelled cheque also. Still the amount not credited either to me or sender. Jd pay hold the amount for 2 days and not yet refund to the sender. It's asking for charges to refund the amount eventhough sender unaware of the jd pay charges. Jd pay didn't inform anything about charges to both sender and receiver. Was this information helpful? | |
