[Resolved] JustDial.com — premium subscription - with wrong information about my arts academy | |||||
I am client for just dial limited since 2014, similarly this year mr. Aravind from just dial called me for 2018 subscription and asked for rs10620, accordingly i made the cash payment of 5000 inr and balance amount through post aided cheque dated on 1st may 2018 cheqcue no 486450 of iob bank, kilpauk branch, and for my surprise instead of ample arts academy, they have mentioned ample arts libraries which are totally 2 different sectors and i have been following up with mr aravind (Just dial manager) for almost 3 weeks now, no response from him or either he hands over his phone to some one and says he is busy in a meeting, he is not reacheable on phone and not answers my messages, last monday ie (16th apr -18) even i made personal visit to his office, he was not available and his colleague comes and promises me that it would get resolved by eod and till date nothing has happened, all the enquiries i am geting are related to libraries and books, whic has become a much mental tourcher for me, and april and may are the most peak seasons compared to rest of the year, and most of the registration gets filled before apr 10th, because of just dial technical issue and carelessness i have lost nearly estimated amount of rs 3-5 lakhs, now when i spoke to just dial aravind about my loss and mental illness, he says jd would pay back the money 5k, i would request @consumer complaints forum to consider this issue as priority and do the necessary action immedietly, as i am financially nil at this poin and my dependents are finding hard to manage day today expenses, i am completly broken and my only hope for survival is with iccf, i am attaching the necessary documents for your perusal.
