[Resolved] Justickets — About the ticket status is not sent

In justickets today (16 april) around 9am - 10m i have booked three tickets in deepa theatre, viyyur, Thrissur. For the matnee how timing 2:45 pm on 16th april 2017 but money (228 rs) y is debited from my accout. After booking it shows a msg "booking has confirmed msg will be sent soon". But till now i didnt got any msg/ticket from you. Please kindly send the ticket details or refund my money as early as possible. My account is from sbt bank my ac no. [protected]
