This is very annoying that you have asked for taking pre order for bahubali by which we have preordered the same, now that we have already preordered we have not tried to take the same in advance bookings even if the tickets were available, hoping that the tickets would be confirmed by you, then it would be a duplicate, at the last moment you are lifting you hands without considering the interests of the customers, if this is the case i would take this issue to the social media and encourage every one how you cheats your customers.
