[Resolved]  Justickets — at the time booking it was not shown any date after booking it was shown another date

The movie tickets was booked in another date by without showing me ticket date. At the time of movie tickets booking it was not shown any date details so i am felt that it is current date25/08/2017 but after booking the tickets it had shown the date timings 31/08/2017 so kindly cancel the tickets and pay back my money.
Please try to make my money transaction to my paytm wallet it's my sincere request.

Thank you for writing in to us with your feedback!

The tickets are booked based on your selection, before payment the booking details are shown on the payment page for you to cross check once before payment is made. Any Date - as the term suggests shall display all the shows available with the date above, you may then choose your preferred date as well. There is currently no option to cancel or exchange tickets, but we will try to look at introducing a feature in the future for your convenience.
