Hello, This is Praveen Kumar Thoughta, tried to book 4 tickets for Bahubali movie on 12/07/2015 at Jyothi Theatre in Sadasivpet, Medak dist, using State Bank Of India Debit Card. The booking was done on 08/07/2015.The problem is money has been deducted from the account, but no tickets were generated at the end. So I want the money to be refunded back to the account.

I have booked the tickets as a Guest so I do not have any reference no. from JustTickets to provide, So, please find the attached image of transactions.

Regarding ticket confirmation

Sir, I he booked my tickets on 10th October 2015, for the movie rudramadevi on 12th October, 2015 at 8.30 p.m. But I did not get any confirmation from justicket. But my account is debited with Rs.282.61.

    I had booked 6 tickets for 'Dochey' film on 24 April 2105 in the name Chaitanya, for that 534rs debited from my SBI account (Reference no: IG00XQPYG4).. as i didnt get tickets msg n mail, i called u after verification u told tickets were cancelled and money will be creditd...bt i didnt get my money back..ur customer service is worse, they didnt evn able to pick up my cal..CREDIT my money as soon as possible.

                dear sir, 18-jan-2015, morning nearly 8.45 i booked a tickets mornings 11 AM show from this site to the movie GOPALA GOPALA in JAGADAMBA THEATRE. after completed the booking process of 4 tickets the amount was debited from my account. but i did not received any confirmation messege . later i again try to check the tickets.but the show was not displayed..

                                Movie tickets booking

                                I booked 6 movie tickets of cost 703 on June 3rd. While paying money, for the tickets amount got deducted, but tickets was not booked.

                                When I can expect reply from you.
                                I tried to call customer care also, but of no use.
