This is nikhil, sir i have booked 6 tickets for the movie duvvada jagannadam in sridevi theatre, due to some urgent reasons and unexpected situations we have no option but to cancel the tickets, we need the refund of these tickets as soon as possible. I booked a ticket for Sunday as it is all ready showing that date i made a payment for 4ticktes when i am done its shows next day booking .
I called the customer service to tell about this technical problems they started finding mistakes in me and said that they cannot refund the money

Me msc.bose I had booked tickets on 6 th may 2017 for bahubali2 through SBI and I lost 501.75/- in my account but tickets didn't booked money deducted and my Ref no/cheque no([protected])(IGABGMTCF8) now can u help me out for this.
