Justickets — Did not get any confirmation on booked tickets

I am praneeth I have booked 4 tickets for Radheshyam movie cost Rs:663 from justtickets through Phone pay today I just made payment for tickets, money transaction done but tickets not booked whether I get my tickets later or money be refunded?
