Justickets — Didn't receive the confirmation message for the tickets I booked

I had booked 2 tickets for the movie baahubali in geeta theater, chandanagar. My money got deducted but unfortunately I didn't receive any confirmation message regarding. Transaction Ref No IG0AGYFNE0 for Rs.144.35 on 03/07/2015 04:52:44 Please do the needful.
