Hello, This is varun Varun Teja G, tried to book 3 tickets for Bahubali movie on 14/7/2015 for Geet Theater(Anand Complex) in Kakinada using my Bank Of India Debit Card. The problem is money has been deducted from the account, but no tickets were generated at the end. So I want the money to be refunded back to the account.
