[Resolved]  Justickets — money was deducted, after booking tickets. acknowledgment didn't receive

After booking a ticket, during the process of completion of payment it shows duplicate record error.
But amount was deducted.
None of ticket booked.
Money will not be refunded.
I need my money immediately.
We will trust you, so only processing in this app by booking tickets etc.
Try to fix that errors. Improve fast processing..
As soon refund my money.
