Justickets — Pre booking and theatres booking early than customers

I'm venkat customer o[censored]r justickets.in website. I have experienced that ur website using our money as funds in ur accounts to gain profits or something to use the pre-booking money. I'm pre-booked in ur website for the movie "sarrainodu" but i didn't get any tickets and i deposits the cash in ur website by moviepass. And another complaint is that while the justickets launches any movie tickets in our area the tickets are already booked shows a red symbols i e all tickets are booked in particularly 3day from day of released the movie. If theatres are booking primary why would placing tickets available in justickets website. There's a two gaining points one tickets are booked by theatres and there are reselling it in theatres so they gets profit and another ones is ur website published that tickets are available only on this "justickets.in" website.. ur website also gets profit by we're all using ur website.. so please atleast give us a hope to buy a tickets rather than theatres in Visakhapatnam gajuwaka. Thanks to giving this opportunity.
