Justickets — Show cancelled but I didn't get any refund

I sarma booked for Puli movie in sukanya hall 2times on 1oct2015 and 1time on 2nd october2015. But show cancelled and I received a message from just tickets amount will be refunded soon. BT till now I didn't received any money or not credited to my account. So please refund my money immediately
