[Resolved] Justickets — Ticket booking failed after payment/ money not yet refunded | |||||
I was tried to book the tickets for a movie in tenali, Andhrapradesh. But after making the payment the amount got debited from my bank account and ticket failed. Later i have booked again. But for the failed transaction till date i have not received my money back in my bank account. i made the call to just tickets customer care and asked about the details. they said with in 10 working days the refund will come in my account. but it is already more than 30 days still i have not received my refund.
