Too worst website i have ever seen...we have booked our tickets for nannaku prematho mv on 13/1/16...money is debited from my account..but tickets are not yet received...and money which is debited is not credited...credit the into my account...card no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Justickets customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 12, 2016 Justickets Customer Care's response Hi, there seems to have been a problem with your transaction and your booking was unsuccessful. If money has been debited from your account, it will be refunded automatically within the next 5 -7 working days.
We have launched the Justickets wallet and urge you to try the same as it helps you book tickets faster.
Additionally, in the event of an unsuccessful booking refunds are processed instantaneously and the money refunded to your wallet.

Booked for Theri in Abirami Megamall - preferred date 14th April (understand it is booked). Paid 931 for 7 tickets. Want to postpone to 17th April if possible else refund the amount. My booking reference is102611 on 9th April 2016.
