I had requested for repair of my mobile on 26.10.2017 and it was delivered to me on 28.10.2017. There was touch and lcd problem which was replaced at cost of rs.2, 585/-., my order number 222846.

But the mobile got problem again from same day and i placed request for repair of mobile under warranty. However, on 01/11/2017. But till not pick my device. I order the service pickup and delivery but i take the delivery form directly from store. When pick the time my mobile have only lcd break problem. But now my device not charging and touch not working properly. My device take 8 to 10 hours to full charge. They did`t give my old components and invoice,, warranty card. They not fixed original components.
They are clearly cheating customers.

They acknowledge but could not able resolve problem and asked me to pay 300rs. I agreed to pay the amount and requested them to provide the details of troubleshoot.

Now 2 months over and still they did not delivered my mobile. Please let me know what should be next step.

When we went for picking the phone it has same problem as before and they said we will again check and solve the issue. I am really doubtful they havenot done any repair and asking for money. I called to store and said to return my phone back as it is and they are saying as per process its not possible as it is already repaired. I asked how can you say its repaired when there is still defect exists and asked to give my phone back.
Need my phone back, please log a complaint against this company.

For my samsung mobile i paid 2000 rs for replacement of display... But with in one day o[censored]sing mobile again same problem persist... I contacted them to do the repair and they are asking again 2300rs for their fault repair.. More over they will not even responding of my calls... I don't know whether they will be sending my mobile also... These people will rob your money in officially by keeping false company's... Beware of these culprits..

Hi my name is nagaraj just like new is very fraud without seeing review i raised a repair of my mobile. My mobile is micromax display touch problem so they taken delivery with in one day it is nice after two days they conctact me and said that your device cannot be repaired ok i said to give back my mobile they took one week of time to return
In this one week what they have done i will explain they removed my back of my mobile totally and taken all of my original micromax parts and mother board and my battery. After getting my mobile it is in total packing condition so one delivery boy came to me and given my mobile without giving 300 rupees he will not give my mobile it seems so i have given 300 rupees after one hour i checked my mobile by opening package shocked there is no battery in my mobile on battery there will be my signature and even there is no screw fitted not even one screw they have given me only front side plastic one they have stolen all the parts of my mobile where eer we place the battery at that place there is my signature will available before giving after getting my mobile they have stolen signature also which was done by pen how can they done
Next day i used to call to customer care they are not lifting the phone i tried for 5 days after 5th day they have lifted the phone i said that my battery was missed at your end so please give back and i said that i not got any of my mobile parts my battery and screw with out fitting mobile. They are telling that we have send total parts please check once in our phone it's so funny right no battery means please check once on your mobile they think i got mental where i have to check
On this issue i got severe action so please help anybody how to raise an complaint on just like new how to take action

I gave my yurekha mobile device for repair of touch and display. They said it will be done in two days. They didn't call me for two weeks and when i enquired about the phone they said parts are not available please take back your phone. When i took the phone it was in very much bad condition and was totally dead. They said we received like that only. Please don't visit gachibowli store in hyderabad as they are incapable and fraudsters.

I had given my phone for lcd display replacement, the mi store charges 3000 for the original mi screen, but due to time constraint i availed justlikenew services.

After 3 days i received my phone, during which time i called their customer service numerous times but it just kept ringing.

The phone i received was not justlikenew it was worst than the old, the lcd display was substandard, duplicate, 1st copy display.
There were a few chips and cracks at the display ribbon
The screen was pathetic and small touch would fluctuate the screen brightness.

I spoke to the manager and informed him about the cheap work they had done, and he just said very casualy that i had agreed to the terms and conditions haha, and said not satisified we will replace the screen (The broken display) justlikethat.

You guys must think that we are fools, but i would like to inform you i will ensure that this is everywhere on social media until you do the right/promised thing.

I didn't got my original battery till now,
I already inform the support team long back and multiple time. But still i didn't receive any information about it.

The first time when my item got dispatch from their custody i inform that i want my battery so they said,
Today it got dispatch from our side, but tomorrow you will receive the battery separately,
And tomorrow never came.

I asked this question to service but they didn't replied.

1. When i can get my original battery back?

2. What is the specification of your as you mention compatible battery?

3. What problem cause for the replaced battery?

4. The mobile back body has many cracks which is not there previously, what is that
Is that my same back body or different one?

Hi i had a issue with justlikenew.in. They are giving fake promises and saying we will do everything. 10times i asked for i want a technician call before doing the repair of htc one m8. Before giving the mobile i said so many times that i want andriod 7 and they said yes we will do it and now i got only version i. E, 5.0.1, and they charged rs.1000-/ after getting the mobile they are saying we wont do updates... The worst service i have ever seen fake promises and late pickup and delivery.

I got my screen replaced from justlikenew, for which they took almost 4 days. After receiving the phone, the next day it stopped working, so i called them for which they again charged me 300 rs since the issue was not with the screen. After receiving the phone back, after a few days it aginn went off. So i decide to show somewhere else where i got to learn that the phone had not been properly fixed and my motherboard had been damaged.

I seriously recommend people not to use justlikenew. This service is utter chaos. Ur phone will definitely not be the same. They will make sure it gets ruined.

Every one i have given my device for software splash for these fraud company on 29 july 2017 and they has taken almost 3 weeks to give back my phone and they have not done any repair and have charged me 1000 they have spoiled the battery and the entire phone is stopped working. I think they have to change their name from just like new to just we will spoil. Guys who ever loves their mobile pls dont trust these idioitic company.

I had given my phone for display change but they have added a smaller duplicate display less than 2 - 3 mm from the original size.. They have spoiled the body with damages.. Navigation keys stopped working along with the backlights.. Customer service at domlur office are rude specially dickson and mohammed.. Never wanted to listen to our problem.. When they cannot serve well i don't feel this company is worth.. They are fooling many people.. Please read reviews in justdail as well

This is in complain to the mishandling and fooling customer for services made to my device. I had given my device htc one m8 on 6th july 2017 with no problem other than the screen which was damaged and the earpiece being faulty.

Post which i got the phone repaired with these parts being replaced and given to me in a week but the phone was not given back in the condition i had given. The phone was stuck on the logo when it was started and when the issue was raised the concern store manager at kukatpally asked me to try to use it for 1 days or so.

I had resubmitted the phone with order number w210903 and with a new screen guard of tempered glass dated[protected].

I have received a call regarding software flash and i gave my consent for the same.
Due to delay in the logistics the phone took 12 days to reach to me and the phone screen guard was broken which cost me 400 inr, but now my wifi does not work and i am not sure what else problem has been made to my phone.

I would be elevating this issue to the consumer department as this is utter fooling the customer and not getting the problem rectified but creating more and more problem.

I had given my phone on 15th july 2017 for display repairing and asked us to come after 7 pm on same day. When came on time but they asked us to wait for next 30 mins for other checking process and asked my pattern of phone to chech 360 degree. After checking they given my phone to me, when i was going towards my car found some minor cracks in left side of glass of phone, then i inserted my sim and strange phone was not able to read any sim. I called customer care as well on same time from my wife's phone but no body was picking my phone as it was too late according to them. I went back to store and but store was closed that time. Next day was sunday hence i went there on monday and showed them that cracks and asked to fix network issue as well. They took 1 and half hour to decide what is the issue and asked my wife to come next day. Next day same story nobody call me to inform about our order status but i called multiple times on store and customer care. Today morning 3 day after submitting again i called themm and now they are saying it was physical damage and they can not handle this.

I gave my moto x play for display change in justlikenew gachibowli on 24th june store as it was broken.

I was told that i will get it back by 25th june, but after a regular followups i got my phone on 29th june.

It was good so far. When i started charging my phone, it wasn't charging. I thought may be i am not using genuine charger so this issue is coming. Then i tried using genuine moto charger but still i was not able to charge my phone. When i gave my phone for display change, it was charging fine..

Now i went to store once again and gave my phone to them asking to fix charging issue on 9th july. They accepted it and asked me to collect phone same day by evening.

I did not get my phone back on 9th july. I got a couple of calls from justlikenew asking about passcode. I already provided passcode in the receipt which they generated at the time of taking phone.

I got a message on 11th july that my device is fixed and can be collected from store. I called store guys asking if my phone has come back to them. They did not pick the call. I went to store and observed that they have put the receiver outside to avoid any phone calls.

When i asked them about my phone, they said it is not in their store and will take another one day to come. So i will get it by 13th july. After discussion, they told me that it's not their responsibility to fix any other issues which comes after display change.

They did qc check of my phone and confirmed that everything is working fine but issue came.

They are ruthless in talking and don't know how to deal with customers.

I had given my phone for lcd replacement and just after a week it stopped working. They give 3 months warranty for the repair, but they asked me to pay 300 rs as service charge. Untill i pay this they won't fix my problem it seems. I think they are doing this on purpose so that to make more money in the name of service charge. I paid them 4500 rs for lcd replacement and my touch is not working properly.

I have repaired my mobile for display replacement on 8th april, with 3 months warranty. On 10th june, display started fading and becoming blurr. They accepted to repair under warranty, but later denying the warranty and told that it is of physical damage. Clearly there is no physical damage, and their reply was like"there is a damage from inside which is caused due to the external impact to the phone". My warranty booking id is w5387333. Justlikenew is cheating customers by denying the warranty. They are using the cheap items to repair and looting the customers. Please look into this matter and help me, so that they never cheat to others.

I have given my phone to diagnose what is the problem they solved actual problem but they broken my simcard slot and the response is worst from diagnosed person. Before giving diagnosing the sim card slot is working fine but after delivered to me sim card slot is broken, with in 10min of delivery i have checked all the things i have raised immediate warranty repair but they are telling that i am only broken the slot

They delivered my phone on 1 june. And the phone was broken. I informed them on 3 rd june. That its broken. And asked to do something about it. So that guy asked me to send pics of that then i send it after that i got to know that he cancelled my warranty.. And he said. That we cannot do anything now. So he cancelled warranty. And charged me 4100 for giving me the broken phone please let me how to get it done. Or i have to toke sever steps and drag them to court.
