Justlikenew Technologies [JLNTPL] — extremely unprofessional and bad service

Hello team... I had a terrible experience with just like new in domlur, bangalore office. Initially we handed the motorola mobile set for fixing the physical damage and they returned with new lcd. But within couple of days, phone display went bad and couldn't use the phone for any purpose at all. Since the phone was in warranty, we handed the phone for repair. But your team returned the phone with poor quality lcd and argued stating its mentioned on company website to replace with duplicate lcd. Paras from the site was the member with whom we had to deal. When we visited the site, paras had to courtesy to even mention that duplicate lcd would be fixed. Despite being a manager, he is extremely unprofessional, lacks leadership and managerial skills, arrogant to curse in hindi front of the customer assuming we do not follow the language, we need to repeatedly call paras even in office for any doubts/questions. Overall the cost incurred is 5000 rs and team refused to make the refund. Always the phone at the site is not reachable, despite calling them the entire day. Please let me know how could i get the amount refund and what action will be taken against these executives. The office is so shady and executives are so unprofessional, it's not secure for any lady customers to visit as well.
