My mobile had problem with the charging point. They picked up the mobile on 18th may and kept it with them till 30th may. They have spoiled my mobile. Most of the touch screen is not working now. There is a huge black hole and a line on the screen which was never there before giving the mobile. They are not accepting that they have spoiled my mobile and customer service is pathetic. I think this company is there only to loot the people, they charged me 1200/ only to spoil my very good working mobile.
i feel that some action needs to be taken against them. They are doing fraud.

    An experience that started out good turned out to be a nightmare.

    I gave my phone for a display replacement on 18th April as the gorilla glass had cracked. Like promised they brought my phone back on 21st April. But before paying the mandatory Rs 300 for delivery of the phone, I just felt like opening the box in front of the delivery boy(the phone was covered in a bubble wrap and put in a box) to confirm the fix. Once I turned the phone ON I realized that the display was a sub standard display and it washed out and badly tinted. I packed the phone as is right in front of the delivery guy and gave it back to him, who refusing to accept the phone. The delivery boy insisted that I log a warranty claim rather that returning. I refused and finally he took it back. After that I did not hear an update for a week even though I called up the customer care number multiple times. They would just say that they will call and update me in few hour (which never happened).

    On 28th April I sent an e-mail to the customer center email id. They replied saying they will escalate the issue. On 8th may I get a call from a technician saying the motherboard is not working and they need time to fix. Later he told that he will replace the motherboard free of cost (On a later date he told me that the motherboard malfunctioned because of the their fault). I accepted it considering that they are replacing it free of cost.

    On 10th May I got my phone back. The phone turned on fine and the display looked OK. The calls were going through. Once I started using the phone as my Primary device again I started seeing issue with the phone. First I noticed that the proximity sensor was not working. Later I realized that all the sensors (Proximity, Gyroscope, accelerator, rotational sensor) were not working (except cameras). I called up the Customer Care asking what should be done. They directed me to go to the service center. Just to be double sure (because I never got a satisfactory answer or update from the call center) I sent a mail to their email id asking the same. And I got the following reply:

    "The issues which you are reporting could be due to many other reasons and primary being the charging. As the devices become more fragile, over Charging or voltage fluctuation would be the primary reason to face such issues. Also, if you could remember or check the Pre repair report, your device has been mostly damaged at the top part, it is also one of the reasons for issues with sensors.
    We are sorry, we cannot consider this under warranty. If you are raising a new repair request, we would be glad to help you."

    There were few notable things in the mail that I noticed. They did not mention anything about the motherboard being replaced. Along with it, they never sent me a Pre-repair report as they had claimed. So, I sent a reply detailing the timeline and reminded them that they had changed the mother board and asked them to confirm if the motherboard was changed?

    They later replied to me asking me to bring the phone to their service center so that they could take a look. I later asked them to come and collect the phone even though it cost me an extra Rs 300. On 23rd May they raised a Warranty Ticket and on 24th they collected the phone.

    On 25th May (the day on which I'm writing the review) I get a call from the technician saying that they wont take any responsibility for the faulty motherboard.

    I'm currently awaiting the final decision from the company's side.

    I can tell anyone trying to use JustLikeNew, its not worth using the service. They don't handle the phone carefully and later put the blame on the customer for any issues from their side.

      To whom so ever it may concern

      I am writing this email to claim compensation for the loss which I have incurred because of the negligence and mishandling of my phone Sony xperia z3+ by technicians of just like new. It's been nearly one and a half month that I am kept waiting for my phone.

      On 21 March, 2017 I had given my phone Sony Xperia Z3+ for screen and back panel replacement order no 5334839, However on 25 March, 2017 i received the phone back and before giving the money to the delivery agent i opened the box in front of him and i found that the front screen was not fixed properly i could see the mother board from the right side corner.

      The agent told me i can claim warranty repair and the screen will be fixed properly. I gave him the money. The phone was in power saving mode so i put the phone on charge but the phone would not charge.

      Look at the agony, first your technicians didn't fix the screen properly and on top of that they damaged the charging mechanism of my phone

      So i called the customer service they said they will schedule a pickup and my phone will be fixed free of cost as it is under one month warranty. Then a new order was placed by them # W5334839 for the charging issue and screen fixing. The just like new agent collected the phone on 27 March, 2017.

      Since then I have been calling the customer service on numerous occasions and they gave me many deadlines and after some time they told me that their technicians are trying their best it will take some time. So i waited and gave them as much time they demanded.

      The technician who used to call me was the worst of all guys, he was a terrible liar, lie after a lie he was trying to coverup the issue by blaming it on me and he used to talk in a high tone and was only telling his part and was not even ready to listen to me. I really don't know why i gave my phone to you guys ... seriously i regret making that decision.

      Now I have been given the bad news that they are unable to fix the charging issue, they wanted to deliver the phone back to me even without informing about the refund.

      few days ago i got a call asking for the A/c number so that the charges could be refunded, would you believe it after damaging a 44k phone they want get away by refunding a 6k amount that to which i paid for the service.

      Off all the unnecessary things was that the customer service guys used to think that I gave my phone for charging issue. Please... Understand my phone only need a screen change and back panel change.

      Your guys have damaged the phone mother board and now they can't fix it. I was better of[censored]sing the cracked screen at least my 44000 rupees phone was working. Now I had to pay for a new phone.

      I need my money back along with a refund for proper compensation for the phone amount.

      Please for god sake change the name of your company from just like new... You have made my phone just like nothing.

      The worst customer service and repair i received in my life. really regret giving just like new my phone. please stop taking peoples phone and messing them up. I spent my hard earned money on buying it.

      I need my refund and proper compensation, escalate this issue i dont know where but to some higher official who has professionalism and can give me proper compensation.

      I should have never given the phone seriously.

      I've given my phone for display repair, when I gave my mobile sensor and display was it was just screen crack, when I received back from justlikenew.in .its sensor and touch not responsive as original one..i have already spoke to justlikenew people they're careless with answers

        They just have baseless policies. Product repair is also below the mark. They repair my product and within 40 hours issue repeated. After calling to service center they came and repaired, and again after 30 days same problem occurred. they want service charge for every time whether it is in their warranty period. Finally, worst service with stupid policies with worst satisfaction. If any rating would be there, they would have been given 0.

          Date of delivery: 03-may-2017
          Issues: partial work completed, full payment collected, screen color changed to black from white original, zero commitments, no compensations payed for delayed delivery & partial repairs etc.,
          Resolution needed: compensation to be payed for bad service, mental harassment, delayed delivery, partial works, effect on my works/business.

          I've given my galaxy s5 for repair of screen & body frame & these guys charged me for both the job works. On checking the delivered mobile noted that "samsung galaxy s5 frame & housing replacement" work has not been carried out on my device.

          When i raised question of job completion to product manager pradeep as per job works based on qc of job completion before delivery, he has given written confirmation that both works has been completed and qc report has also been prepared in line with the both the jobs completion.

          Jlntpl ensured that customer does not have option to have open order delivery and could not check the condition of product delivered without making complete payment.in case customer asks for open delivery then product will not be delivered by courier guy and shall be returned back to company as per courier company tie up with jlntpl.

          So they collected payment vide cash on delivery mode and did not allow me to open the box before collection of payment by courier guy and when i checked i noted that body frame is not replaced although they charged me for it.

          It is a fraud company and one should refrain giving order to them to kill such activities and help other consumers. These kind of company are responsible for creating bad examples of online business market & should be banned.

            On the 15Th of April(Saturday), I had given my iPhone 6s to JustLikeNew for screen repair. Their site had also promised two day delivery for this service, and I was eager to receive it as soon as possible. On the contrary, I received my device four days later on the following Thursday. Upon checking it I found that the touch sensitivity of my device was faulty, and that numerous keys were being pressed at once, and scrolling was lagging. I immediately sent an email to which I got no response, after which I called them and scheduled for another pickup under warranty. They came the next day(Friday) and delivered on Monday. The problem still existed, along with a faulty home button as well, and my proximity sensors weren't working either. I resent the device, as well as several emails asking for better services. Another pickup was scheduled after which I got calls asking what the issue was. By this point, my patience was wearing thin, but I still tried to remain polite. After repeatedly horrible service, I asked for an immediate refund along with my device the same day. I didn't receive the device. I have finally received it on Friday, the 28th of April. What was promised to be two days has taken 13. Apart from this delay, my touch sensitivity, home button, and proximity sensors do not work. My device is glitchy. On calling the customer care number on the 28th itself, they said that they would make sure that I receive a call from the Bangalore office. I have not received any calls, nor has anyone picked up my countless phone calls. I have reached my saturation point and would like a refund, as well as compensation for the damage caused to the software of the device, since JustLikeNew is liable for the damage.

              Worst service has been provided by this service Center, I have requested for a LCD change of my iPad and the quality is very cheap and they bug me in different way to wear the LCD and informed me that they will give 3 months warranty on this, but later 2 days of delivery surprisingly my iPad 2 had a break unknowingly and I called the customer support.the response from CC is worst that they will not give warranty on breakage.literally these people are not even worth of corner repair shop.they don't have Geninue service

                This company uses fake parts to repair your phone and then they claim to not have anything to do with it. Please do not use the service of this company. Whoever invested in this is looking at profitability from a very customer unfriendly environment. Do not give your phone to them. My original cracked screen was better. Do not give your money to just like new. They sent my phone back the second time with a cracked screen and a unresponsive phone.

                  One fraud company to rip customer. My moto z play screen broke. I saw this site and ordered a repair. Order no 5364323. The site mentioned change of screen cost rs 6640, which i paid. I got a call after 2 days of pick up phone that they can't do it below rs. 9200 their site price is outdated. I agreed to pay that i received the phone after 2 days. After using 15days the screen is filed with dead pixels. When i called asked, what happened to their 3 months warranty. They told lie the excess pressure while using the smart phone caused it. Go to consumer court we can't help you. How can a modern smart phone lcd below undamgaed gorilla glass 4 just became dead while using it.

                    I gave my iPhone 6plus device for broken screen .they told me it has also motherboard issue .i paid 10200 for repair .they kept mobile for 10 days and they gave it .within month I have a problem with restarting issue.i gave my device to them for fixing it.every 2 days I'm calling them they are saying 2 more days.after almost 20 days when I called them your device is ready to pick up I went over there and I checkedy device and I was shocked.its asking for iCloud activation . Already I gave my Apple ID and password to them before staring repair.but now it's asking for someone's Apple ID which I never used that .its not my iCloud id. Immediately I gave it back to them and I told them its not my iCloud account .after I checked with Apple customer care I have all the proofs that just like was reason for that iCloud lock.i told the same thing to them and that take the device back and still saying we need 2 more days to resolve .its almost 26 days.

                    I face the same issue with justlikenew.if they fix it will okay and while doing repair anything happen they through that issue on customer.it's very fraud company which is spending money on advertising rather than service.soon we can see its going down.

                      Had iPhone six plus display undetected issue. Had given it to justlikenew, and they charged Rs.299 for pick up etc, it was okay.

                      Incompetent : The phone was picked up and returned with "motherboard issue" as comment. There was no attempt made to fix the issue in any manner. My corner service guy does better job. He said : sir, give me time I will fix it and give you. That's called being competent. Inform the customer, and take your time, it is okay.
                      More than all this, I gave the returned phone to my corner service guy, he opened it infront me and showed the shabby job done in reassembling the phone. The screws were missing, and home button was out of its cradle. Pathetic service, think before you give it off to these guys.

                      Irresponsible : Added to all these, the return shipment of product is another story. The product was given to Delhivery. And Delhivery showed delivered status after two days, where as I had not received it. I went literally bending justlikenew, but nothing worked until I made delhivery responsible by mysel[censored]sing my powers. I wrote to justlikenew several times, and initially I got response vaguely, but then it stopped. I stood up on delhivery writing all over, and finally the phone reached me after about two weeks!! Delhivery delivery boy tried to con me, that is a different story but got it fixed by myself, and justikenew has again proved that they have no control over and can't be held responsible for anything.

                      If you want your stuff to be given to incompetent and irresponsible, you can rely on justlikenew, easy jobs everyone does; even difficult ones I would suggest you give your phone to someone who you see everyday, don't be like me!!

                        I have given a tab for screen damage correction in bangalore justlikenew. they have made scratches on hte new screen added. they have dameaged my tab. while repairing they have damaged the pannel.

                        i have wasted ~5K for this .

                        very very worst sevice we can depend on.

                        Description :

                        I have nexus7 2013 model tab where screen was damaged. i requested for service from justlike new site by paying money (~5000 rupees) online.

                        justlikenew representative picked it up . after servicing they returned it. But the tab is damaged apart from screen ( the panel around the screen) . they damaged the pannel while removing the screen.

                        Now my pannel is damaged. there is no pannel in most of the perimeter of tab.

                        i requested the justlikenew to correct it. but rather than currecting they added scratches on the screen and the panel problem also exists.

                        now problems got increased to 2 ( scratches on screen and damage of panel). before the justlikenew representative handover the tab to me, i showed him and returned it back.

                        justlikenew, didnot return em the tab until i ask the status and at the end they say that it was there earlier. but this was not the case. even the scratch also they said they i made it. but it was shown to the Representative and returned . i did not take it also.

                          My idnumber is 5290975. phone nokia lumia 620.
                          i had given my phone on 13th march.for the complaint of memory card not being detected. they returened the phone changing motherboard and my complaint not rectified. charging 1200/ for repair.i had not asked formotherboard repair. my phone didnt have other major complaints. its 2 weeks i have no phone yet no response. only the call centre guys based in hyderabad answer the phone.no one picks the domlur office. they assure free pick up and delivery and finalaly they asked me to go domlur and speak to the office. v irresponsiblepeople.

                            I have given my mobile for repair, they kept it for 15 days and returned with the same issue. They said they cant repair it and they also damaged the phone. Worst service provided. Don't give your phones to them because they wont repair it and moreover they will damage your phones and return back to pick up loaction. I have never seen such a worst service center in my life.

                              Hi,
                              I had an issue with my mobile charging port of iphone 6s 64gb and i consulted cashify website and they assigned me a repair with just like new service company, and agent of just like new promised that if my mobile is not repaired or damaged they will replace me with a new mobile of same model, but after they started repairing, now it got another issue with mobile network as i am unable to use 4g internet services, but when asked them, they are responding irrelevantly and blaming me in behalf, they damaged my mobile and not replacing.. I want justice... Please some one help.

                              Gave my Nexus 5X for water damage diagnosis and received it with the broken screen after a week. The team accepted to repair it but returned it after 15 days from the day of pickup without even repairing it. Bangalore service center do not even pick up calls. Very pathetic service.

                                I've given my asus zenfone selfie for display repair, after two days i recived my mobile without the camera glass, i complained them and i vist for instant replacement they said the repairman was on leave, then again my display cracked u won't believe not even 1 feet it fell, so complained them, they said we ll give 50 % offer and we ll place ur camera glass,
                                They took 1 week every day i suffered a lot, even i scolded from my managers because we need to report on watsap everyday. Afterthat i scolded them they said u give me just 300, and camera glass we ll repair later, but they took 1500 on delivery time, now I've mailed so many times and my screen is again brokened, my mobile is lookin awkwardly without my camera glass, its been 2 months my days gonna bad days, they still not responding properly

                                Gave initial report that phone battery is dead and cant turn on. Then took 6 days to check the phone (website says 2 days), and then said they cannot repair. Took another 5 days to send my phone back. Total waste of money and time.
                                Better to go to a good shop and get it repaired.

                                  I have given a phone with a booking id W5210971. the issue with the phone was it was not getting charged, the phone was picked up on time and they delivered the phone resolving the charging issue but they have come up with a issue where the phone is not accepting the sim card when contacted the service center picked up the phone but the issue was not attended and feel like cheated

                                    I have given my mobile (lenova vibe k4 note) in a dead condition, after diagnosis they told, screen and motherboard has issues need to replace, and charged 4, 200 Rupees. Whey they delivered it was working, after battery dried down and I put back charge again, it was not coming up (the same Initial issue, it will just vibrate), finally I figured it out the problem with my charger not phone...These #### unnecessarily changed screen and serviced motherboard, and charged my 4, 200. Their diagnosis sucks, No matter what reason you give your mobile, they have some predefined repair mechanism, just replace and charge lump sum. I believe they don't have time to see the actual problem because of high volume booking.

                                      First thing first, never chose justlikenew to get your phone repaired. I gave my OnePlus 3 for broken screen repair. They return my phone after one week, that too after several follow-ups and that too in very bad an scary condition. All the glue was coming out from the corner of the screen and even screen is not fixed properly ruining phone's look completely.
                                      I took it back to their service center and was surprised by their response, " THIS IS THE BEST WE CAN DO". After letting me wait for about 1 hour they agreed to get it fixed, but returned the phone in same BAD condition after two days.
                                      These guys are unprofessionals and fraud. Never ever give phone's to them.

                                        I have given my mobile to those cheap guys .. They assured me to get it repair within 7 days and after collected my device they dispached it after two months saying bunch of lies that component is nor availabe .. Also whn i got my device back lcd was working fine but they have removed rear camera and also front was not working properly .. Before giving the device to them it was working fine .. They charged me 4700 for LCD repair and removed my camera .. I suggest you to not go for just like new .. Bettee u can go for a local mechanic..
