Worst service... last month I have paid 1900 for Moto e2 screen replacement..within 25 days lines started coming all over screen...after raising warranty request and calling multiple time they picked the phone and after 2 days generated a report saying it's a physical damage... I don't know what quality of screen they have replaced with..screen was intact as pervious and haven't made any physical damage...

I am complaining for my Order No. W4812031. I was refereed by one of fried to get my Samsung Galaxy S6 serviced by them, but i made a very bad choice. I send them phone for a small fault of charging pin replacement in a phone which they replaced with a duplicate pin and charged Rs 1800 (the reason i am sure it was duplicate because my phone earlier use to say Fast charge whenever i connected my original fast charger, but after replacement it displayed cable charging word and not fast charging, so i am sure charging pin replaced was not original). the phone just worked for 3 days and blacked out suddenly, i called them for warranty as promised and they again charged me Rs. 300 again, after that they made me wait for half a month while i was regularly calling and chasing them and finally they said that my phone cannot be repaired at all. What the crap, you making me wait for a month and taking money from me and then finally returning me a dead phone. I didn't accept the phone and requested for proper repair of phone or give my money back. It been again more than 15 days they are holding my phone, not answering my mails and calls and my phone is still lying with them. Looks like all thieves running this fake company and totally unprofessional. Please help me getting my phone and money back and penalty for cheating customers.

I have a NOKIA LUMIA 930 and the display is damaged. I regret that I didn't do any research about this merchant. Here's what happened with me a few minutes ago. .

I saw their add on FB and thought will give it a try since it's much cheaper (Rs 5500) than the service center for NOKIA as they said it will cost Rs 19, 000 for the new display. I went to justlikenew.in and initiated an online payment through my credit card and when I provided all the details, i got a message saying that the details you just entered may be shared with the third party. I found it to be an insecure payment gateway and so I clicked on cancel instead of continue. It still kept on loading though. I then closed the browser window and went back to their website to check if the order had gone through or not. Fortunately the order didn't go through however the transaction went through and i got a confirmation from my credit card bank. I hope the transaction is reversed because after looking at all the above reviews I don't think I will get my money's worth. I also doubt that they will return my phone soon. Now I will just wait for the refund from PayUMoney which is the payment gateway.

I gave my lg g3 for screen replacement, they charged rs 4500 for it n gave me a duplicate display telling me its original display and fully compatible with my phone, within two days o[censored]se the screen started its miracle it's cheap components somehow short circuited my phone, the phone is dead, they charged 300 rs again n now they are calling up that the phone contain water n mother board needs to be replaced,
These people replaced my original components with their cheap parts and tell me that my phone has water in it, dont fall in theit trap, dont give them ur phone, they will return u a dummy in place of that phone, i suffered a lose of 50, 000INR because of them,
Dont waste your money n if any justlike new staff is reading it, my order id is W4762997,

Took my mobile from doorstep sayin wil repair n return in 2dat.. my iphone 5's screen was broken everything else was fine. Never responded after that for a month and finally charging 5k without doing anything, doubtful behavior, asked to pay online because they got doubt i wont pay when i said iv not opted for online payment they totally removed all parts of my phone and sayin will returntl today.. these people shoudnt b shown mercy.. very strict action should be take. They only promptly collect ur phone after that they lie and behave like its their phone n they r the owner and ur the repair person.

I gave my iphone 5 for screen and speaker repair to justlikenew repair. Pick up it self took a month, my initial call was on sep 17 and my mobile was picked on nov 11. A man named manjunath (Mobile number: +[protected] picked up my device. My device was delivered on nov 15 without doing any repair. I was surprised to see my device with the same condition. I was charged 2900 inr for doing nothing. I called up the customer care and raised my concern. They asked me to return the phone, so they could fix the device. This was on the same day (Nov 15, 2016). After which i haven been following up with the customer care with no updates. I received my device on dec 7, 2016. Device still looks the same with some minor changes. I told the delivery guy that i will make the payment only after checking the device.

Surprisingly bangalore operations were pestering me to make the payment and made about 6-8 calls. The women i was talking from bangalore was rani and was very rude behaviour. She was yelling on the phone and probing to get the customer annoyed. Very bad communication and frustrated because of the not making the payment. I kept my calmness and disconnected the phone.

Anyway as a customer i made the payment and i believe, have to run around with the same people until i fix the my device competely. Not advisable i guess...

I am sharing the phone picture for your reference. Please do not go with justlikenew repair.

To be honest i should have read the review before giving it. I made a mistake and giving you all the heads-up

Initially I gave my Nokia Lumia 720 for battery replacement, they replaced the battery but created issue with the Microphone. Hence i have raised the warranty repair and they took 3 complete weeks just for microphone issue. They just played a game of continuing telling false promises/commitments like stock is not available, battery is not working, charging port is not working and now finally they screwed up the motherboard. They even returned my device saying will reimburse the full payment that i made for battery replacement.
After mailing them that if they are not going to resolve the issue, I'm ready to proceed with legal procedures and they agreed to take back the device and get it repaired. Just now (29/Nov/16 - 11:45 AM) i spoke to them and they are still asking for a week's time for getting repaired and agreed to return now for Saturday (3rd Dec 2016) not sure how true is this for this time.

I gave my IPHONE 6 for screen and LCD repair on 10 November, 2016 to JustLikeNew Repair. A man named Vinod Raj (mobile number: [protected]) picked up my device. The customer care told me that they'd give my phone within two days. Initially, I requested cash on delivery as my preferred payment option but because of PM Modi's demonetization scheme, I requested them to change my payment method from COD to Online payment. I spoke to one of their employees, Mr. Chandra Shekhar who sent me a link for online payment. I paid Rs. 5, 600 for the repair online. Their delivery boy called me up for days demanding I pay the Rs. 5, 600 by cash. I informed him that the amount was paid fully online. I spoke to the customer care executives again and begged them to update the payment method so that I could get my phone.
It has been 8 days (from 10/11/16 to 17/11/16) and I have still not received my phone.
Today, I had to go out of the country for an emergency and asked them to deliver my phone to me ASAP. They told me to collect my phone from their warehouse. Their warehouse has no record of my phone and refused to assist me. Their customer care staff is always confused. I have not been given correct information on the exact location of my phone. They are withholding the phone from me illegally. This company is fraudulent. I would like serious action be taken on them, or else, the option left with me is to file a case in the consumer court.

I have given by mobile for repair noika lumia 720 for wifi not switching on, but they kept my mobile for 7 days and they said there is audio issues and its a dead phone. After shouting at them over phone they returned my mobile and said phone is working, after that i called over phone and asked about the problem still exist, and the reply was "you have given dead phone now its working, if you want to raise a compliant please do it via email and we don't answer over phone.
Now my mobile is in the same status and i paid before its self.

Please do not believe these guys, nobody is professionals and they don't know how to repair a mobile,
Mall shop near your house will do better job. Just like new is cheating by advisement.
They need to change the name" justlikeold".

Horrible Experience. They are taking away your phone and they also need security for that. I didn't had 300 cash, so they asked me to pay the full amount online. I paid the full amount in advance but that was my biggest mistake. My phone's touch screen was broken and they told me that my phone's network connectivity is also not working and I will need to pay extra 1200 for that. It is like one of those cases when you have a headache and doctor asks you for a kidney operation. Anyway, I was receiving SMS and Calls even after the touch screen broke. They have delivered the phone now. The quality of the part they have used is very very low and they charged a premium price for it. My networks are not working anymore and they didn't even deliver the Tempered glass I ordered along with the touchscreen. The guy said that he forgot it and he will deliver it in 2 days. I would suggest others to never order from JustLikeNew. There is no chance you will have a satisfying experience. Just go to your authorized service center.

I gave my mobile for repair on 12th oct 2016 asking for screen and button replacement. On delivery i was charged 2300rs, later i check the repair was only half done buttons are not placed. I have sent back the mobile on warranty request to complete the work on 26thoct 2016. After 18 day’s (14th nov)
I receive the mobile in same state. When i call customer care they are speaking in a rude way. They say i haven’t requested for button replacement, but i have proof on the bills they gave.

My order number is 4860357. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE FOR REPAIR HERE! I gave my IPHONE 6 for screen and display repair on 8/11/2016. I initially for cash on delivery mode of payment. After PM Modi's anti-black money initiative, I did not have cash with me. I called the customer help service and informed them I'd like to pay online. They sent me a link which helped me to do the same. From Thursday till today, I have been =receiving calls from the delivery agency asking me to keep the money ready. I've informed this agency that I've already paid online and spoken to the Customer care service, but to no avail. They are withholding my phone even though I've paid the entire amount. I'm thinking of taking them to court now.
PATHETIC, HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.

Hello there, i have an asus zenfone2 laser ZE550KL, its screen is broken and i wanna get it change by you people. please provide me your home pickup and delivery service and resolve my problem as soon as possible. is this mail is enough to register my omplain or i have to follow any other processiger?, one more thing is that tell me the payment mode please.

Tried to repair the parts of HTC desire mobile via them and parts replaced are not genuine. When enquired about this the answer is vague and they are saying it is tested part from their side. The price is almost equal to HTC service center .
problem is mobile was not handed over back to me in time. It took 6-7 calls and 1 week of time to get back my mobile.

Do waste your time and money here ..Go to SP road for a cheap repair or else go to genuine service center

I just wasted 2.5k in just like new service. I got my nokia phone glass replaced. Its touch stopped working the very next I received the product back. I raised a warranty service next day and they charged 300 extra for that. I got a call from the just like new team that the touch is working fine and I doubt if they did any thing to fix and they returned the phone. Pickup and delivery are very late and no updates on the pickup/delivery, we just have to wait. Its worked for 2, 3 days and touch stopped working. II dont expect if raising a warranty again will again help me. No hopes on them.Order ID: 4652427

I gave Iphone 5 (white) and Samsung GTS6102 Duos Y for battery replacement and software-version update (communicated clearly with customer care)

Iphone whic hthey serviced and charged me some 1800 is still dissipating fast, looks like they have not changed the battery. Second, the technician for Samsung Y returned it as it is (I had a problem with my android version where I was not able to use my keypad) and he returned it in the same condition: no keypad working. And stil lthey charged me literally 300 for nothing.

I ended up paying like 1800+300 = 2100 for "NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING" . When I told this is bad, the delivery guy asked me to keep the receipt as I can refer it to a friend for a 16gb pendrive? SERIOUSLY FOR THIS [censored] SERVICE ?

Unfortunately I had given 3 phones in total (recommended by a friend) at once, and they still have my Iphone 5c (another one) with them. I dont have any high expectations and gentlemen are going to charge me again for doing "NOTHING " again.

They send me someone else's phone, not even the same model as the phone i had turned in for repair.

After talking to their customer service they say they will send my device next workday. But they didn't deliver, not even a courtesy call/mail about this. After calling them again they tell me they will deliver today. Guess what, turns out they wont, but tell me tomorrow... Yeah right, how long will this go on?

Initially I had a problem with charging I put up a request and they repaired the phone and sent me back within 3 days, charged 1600 bucks for repair. But within 20days of repair I faced the same issue again.

So i tried booking a warranty repair, but their site did not provide that functionality. So i called up the Customer support and raised a booking request on 1st september. Took them 7 days to pick up the phone. Its been 17 days since and I have not received a single call regarding what repair they have been doing. Each time I call they give different reasons, first they said it was software issue then they say it is motherboard issue. Neither are they willing to refund my money for earlier repair nor are they returning my phone.

When I called today, the person asked me whether the mobile has been picked up yet or not. This seems highly dubious. If I dont get back my mobile by end of this week, I am going to their office in person and I will make sure to make as much negative advertisement for these guys on every social platform as possible.

Why the hell is their service at all?

I m sorry to be so harsh. But really I m fed up . It's been 4 days(september 14th) that i have logged an order 4664289 and the person calls me at 10pm (september 17)to say there is no stand by mobile and sorry we couldn't provide you the service. It's upto you to cancel or retain.

Why the hell is this at all.. seriously I m sick of this.

I've raised a request for mobile repair on 23 August, and they kept me waiting for two days for the pickup. After that I just received a pre-repair report from them on 29 Aug 2016. Since then there has be no update on the progress. I talked to their customer support executives thrice and they promise me to give a call back with the status, but they never does so. They seem to have no process in place and customers are left in dark. I'm not sure if I'll receive my mobile back itself, forget about getting it repaired. My order id is 4585191.
