Worst service... last month I have paid 1900 for Moto e2 screen replacement..within 25 days lines started coming all over screen...after raising warranty request and calling multiple time they picked the phone and after 2 days generated a report saying it's a physical damage... I don't know what quality of screen they have replaced with..screen was intact as pervious and haven't made any physical damage......

Tried to repair the parts of HTC desire mobile via them and parts replaced are not genuine. When enquired about this the answer is vague and they are saying it is tested part from their side. The price is almost equal to HTC service center .
problem is mobile was not handed over back to me in time. It took 6-7 calls and 1 week of time to get back my mobile.
