I have submitted all my documents which they required on Monday 10th August 2015 but they didn't yet confirmed my documents and when I call to justonemi.com customer care number they say you will get a call till 6 'o' clock for the confirmation of your document.But they don't call.everyday I call and every day they tell me the same thing.

Hon'ble Sir I had booked one Mobile Phone of Samsung Galaxy S4 mini in above said site. Their representative called and asked some address related question and told that to make payment of Rs 2050/- i had make a payment through NEFT in State Bank Of India Sirsi Branch From MY SB account.and sent address prof (Pan card Photo ID Adhara card ), 6 month Bank Statement and 6 month salary certificate as per their request.But after few days Product not delivered .when i called several times with My Mobile No [protected] they told that they required Form 16 of Income tax. I told that i am not a income-tax payee and i don't' have Form 16. They simply rejected and not refunded my amount. I had called several time to their Number but they take lot of time to pick up Phone but call was connected and phone currency simply deducting. I had e-mail several time and told them that simply refund my Amount. but they did not refunded and tolday one mail come and in that mail they required 4 week to refund my amount. Hence the complaint Sir, i beg your pardon that i had gain lot of mental strain and lost 1000 Rs for currency, scanning, and mail, so please issue a notice to the respondent company to refund my amount with interest and i sought compensation of Rs 10000(one lakh only) to hin
