[Resolved]  JustRechargeIt — Bank account debited, but mobile not recharged

Please refer Order No. MN[protected] dated 31 May 2014. I intended to recharge my 'idea' mobile no-[protected] through my user ID [protected]@gmail.com. My bank account has been debited with Rs. 200/- and even I have received a message in my email ID stating 'transaction successful'. But my mobile number- [protected] has not been recharged.Kindly look into the matter and initiate action to either refund the amount or recharging my mobile.

Sir, I intended to recharge my idea mobile No [protected] online through Justrechargeit.com on 31 May 2014 for a value of Rupees 200. I received a message in my email ID that the recharge is successful and even my SBI bank account had been debited for Rs. 200(two hundred).The fact is that the message sent to my email ID from Justreargeit.com is incorrect. The amount has been deducted from my account but my mobile has not been recharged. In response to my initial complaint, I received a telephonic call from Justrechargeit, com on 01 May 2014 at around 2.30 PM. I explained the situation but the person calling was not able to understand either Hindi or English. He was knowing only Tamil. However, my initial complaint has not yielded any fruitful result so far. Neither the amount has been refunded nor the mobile has been recharged. This is the state of such irresponsible management of site owner. Kindly look into the matter. Rs. 200 is not a big amount but the irregularity/malpractice need to be taken care of/resolved.

If you wish to get the money refunded into your bank account, please visit the JRI Card panel into your My Account section and click on Refund to Bank option. We will initiate a refund of the full amount to your account. Rest assured the amount would reflect into your account as per the bank's procedure within 5-7 business working days.
