[Resolved]  JustRechargeIt — Mobile recharge failed but money debited from my savings account

On dated 26th August I tried to top up through internet banking my pre paid airtel mobile No.[protected] for Rs.200 through Just Rechargeit.com which is a facilitator for online recharge services. Whereas Rs.200 has been debited from my account vide Order Ref.No.Mp[protected]transaction Ref.No.[protected]gocpbpef4) but recharge still not done. On inquiry from justrechargeit.com through mail, they informed that they did not receive the money whereas my bank statement shows that Rs.200 has been debited from my account vide the above mentioned transaction reference. The payment gateway for above referred transaction is CCAvenue. Please sort out the matter so that I get refund of my debited amount of Rs.200

We wish to inform you that Order No MP[protected] is an Unsuccessful Transaction, declined by payment processing company CCAvenue.

As checked your bank account was debited for the same and amount shall be credited in your JRI Card.. You can utilize this money to recharge again or refund it to the bank by clicking Refund to Bank tab. We will initiate a refund of the full amount to your account. Rest assured the amount would reflect into your account as per the bank's procedure within 5-7 business working days.
