JustRechargeIt — niki.ai dth recharge deducted my money | |
Yesterday i recharged my dish tv with 1003rs on niki. Ai app. My money got deducted and on niki app shows recharge success done by jri but dish tv customer care says they didn't received any payment. I call two times they told me to ask niki or jri customer support executive but niki is replying on my issue I'm totally frustrated, i wanna go for legal action against niki and jri... This DTH recharge failed on reconciliation at the partner's end and we have already processed the refund back to your Amazon Pay account. The Ref ID for the refund is P[protected]R016737.
