[Resolved] JustRechargeIt — payment debited from bank account via just recharge it payment gateway however never got credited to my dth operator | |||||
My icici bank account was debited via transaction id: bil/[protected] via just recharge it payment gateway when i tried making my payment on 1st feb 2018 for my dish tv vc no: [protected]. Its been 4 days, there is no traces of where my money is. Dish tv doesn't have it. My contact number is [protected]. I need some one to get back to me as this amounts to deficiency of services on your part and since there is no customer care that i can contact, its very frustrating to keep chasing and writing these all complaints and funniest part is your complaint form indicates that if my complaint is shorter in content then its very unlikely to get resolved.
