Please note that for order number JO[protected] you have not done recharge to any Mobile number but you have tried to Top-Up your JRI Card. As checked the given Order Number was failed transaction and your bank account has not been charged for the same. In case your bank account has been charged then kindly provide us a screen shot of your bank statement outlining the charges, so that we can escalate the same to our payment processing company.
