Justtickets — Payment made but didn't receive any confirmation or receipt from just tickets website

I have been trying to pre book tickets of the movie 'brahmotsavam' on this day and due to some problem my tickets are not prebooked but the amount has been deducted from my sbh atm card bank account. Where is money, the amount was not shown in my movie pass account also?

Please solve my issue and return my money back as early as possible...
