I have paid kaamwalibais the entire placement fees, but they have not yet given me the replacement as per their terms and conditions.the website cleary says refund will be given in 45 days and replacements in 7 days upto 3 replacements. But the third was not yet given its been more than 45 days. When asking for my refund Kanchan is denying it. They as per law are legally obliged to give back my refund since they have failed to give me the baby sitter for which I have paid the entire amount Was this information helpful? |
