These guys are criminal cheaters. They take full money from you the day the maid joins. Within a couple of hours of making the full payment (which is 1 month salary + GST) and the maid joining, the maid demanded for a raise of 4000 in her salary per month. when I made a complaint, they kept sending me temporary maids as a replacement. they replaced my maid 5 times in a span of 3 months. These maids are not vaccinated, and they are not verified and they come with extremely high demands (two of their replacement maids demanded the most expensive toiletries and clothes - They only wanted dove shampoo and pears soap and wanted new clothes and towels, etc. One of them even wanted us to pay for her preexisting medical conditions and the medical bills alone were around 1500 over 15 days). Finally I had enough when one of their replacement maids ran away without even turning up to work. Can't even begin to explain the amount of stress that I have undergone because of the quality of maid that they have been sending. I have had to undergo counselling and have medical proof of this...one of the maids even abused us and used foul language. Sanya makes false promises and keeps forcing replacement maids on us even though all we want is a refund of the money that we have paid.
How can I even think about letting maids like these handle my kids. It's absolutely pathetic work and Sanya just keeps making false promises and sweet talking her way out.
Use their services if you want to give away your hard earned money to fraudsters and also undergo a lot of stress...
Like many others, I too used their services after reading google reviews, but after having spoken to a lot of people who have had similar experiences, I have started to question the credibility of these reviews. Was this information helpful? |
