I am writing to you for fraudulent activities and misleading communication from your employees.
On 6th October I was sent the contract copy on payment of the registration amount. I requested profiles for a nanny. The service was very prompt and I was told that I will be refunded the amount anytime and for any reason and the same is also mentioned in the terms and conditions in point no 6. We as customers accepted the terms and conditions and were cheated by your executive Miss Noori.
As I was busy with my office work and travelling, I was unable to interview a candidate and she was directly sent to my address without my information. Other candidate who was to visit my location refused to visit on confirmation.

I am extremely unhappy as My personal details have been shared with maids and they have arrived at my residential address without my consent. This is unprofessional. Further on discussing my relocation issues I was denied a refund to the paid amount by Miss Noori.
I request for my refund immediately, and if this cannot be done I am proceeding this case legally as there is no confidentiality maintained and my money has been refused to be refunded Was this information helpful? |
