The worst maid service you can ever come across.
Hired a maid for new born baby malish etc (japa maid)
Company provided maids who were not experienced with new born babies.
2nd replacement given after a week who returned expecting to use in house washroom being hired for 24hours instead of servants washroom provided.
In covid times they expect to replace 3rd maid in a weeks span.
When asked for refund since service provided was not as per requirement the same was bluntly refused saying we are providing service which you are not accepting.
How do professional companies like this end up calling your clients judgemental.
Worst service ever.
Issues in pointers
1. Unprofessional communication
2. Do not accept their mistakes and blame customers and call them judgemental
3. Do not provide service
4. Do not refund and will blame customer for their faults
5. Send maid who talk rudely and they will not accept the same and blame their own clients.
6. It's a scam being run to loot money from innocent people who fall prey for for services
