I got in touch with kaamwaibais.com to find a 9hrs babysitter and they said they will close the request within 24-48hrs. They mentioned the charges as 12k plus gst for which I paid 50% 7080/- Rs as advance on 5Nov. They sent me only one profile for shortlisting and the maid visited me on 9Nov (way beyond the 48hrs promise). On that day also she said she wont be able to join until Saturday (13Nov) as she is yet to take her 1st vaccination. It was clearly stated to the agency that I wanted a fully vaccinated maid and I asked for a refund. I also told them that the service is really bad and their maid was only available after a week. They denied and the maid joined on 13th Nov. they started pestering me to pay the remaining Rs 7080/- since the maid has joined . I said the other agencies give 1 month time to evaluate and train the maid and then the remaining amount needs to be paid. I said I will still make the payment within 10 days. For that also they did not agree and I finally agreed to make the payment within 3 days of the maid joining. On 14th Nov the maid has called to inform that there is a death in some village and that she will not be coming to work for the next 10 days (which of course is a lie). I now seek a refund from this company and these people are not responding now. Their maids are unvaccinated, untrained and unreliable. Also, this company makes fake promises which they cant deliver.
