Bought a cook top from kaff and was satisfied with it. After a few months it started having problems with the knobs so i called the customer care. After a day they came with all the required parts and quickly repaired my cook top. It was good to see how they had organized their service for the best experience a person could have after buying the product. The repairs were almost immediate and till date, there have been no problems with the cook top.

The kaff built in oven works wonderfully. There was a good offer on the built in oven from kaff and coincidentally i was looking for one too. The design on the control pannel is really well made with ergonomic features like the built in lighting system. There are various options as to how you want to bake or grill. The oven also comes with items like baking tray or grill bar which is a very useful and a must have in an oven.

Me being a big wine enthusiast bought a very nice looking wine cooler from kaff for my collection of wine. This wine cooler is a perfect thing for me as it keeps it in perfect temperature and atmosphere every time so the bottles are always ready to serve. After several years using other chimney i settled for kaff's chimney and have been using it from past one year or so and faced no issue while maintaining it. Talking in the technical aspect there is no such problem. It does not make much noise and the suction power is pretty good. I liked using it and have referred it further too. I liked it even more because the product is durable and came in reasonable price plus there are many other benefits.

After using normal cook top I bought a cooking range from KAFF. I chose it because it comes with an oven and grill so that I can do multi-tasking and it saves up my time. The whole set up was installed in a very neat manner by the installation team and them all the stuff according to my needs without creating a mess. I had a very pocket-friendly budget and got this cooking range online at a good discount. I recommended it to many people and their response was also good.

If you are also looking for a small portable wine cooler than i found a really nice free standing wine cooler from kaff. It has a capacity to store 5 to 6 bottles at a time and it is perfect for storing both types of wines. The price was also pretty minimal so i bought it. Believe me this wine cooler was worth buying. Kaff has many other options in wine cooler too, it is a nice brand in every manner.

I recently bought kaff's auto clean chimney and half of my tension is gone. I don't have to worry about clean it very often. All the motor and filters are concealed behind the body it does not make much noise and the suction power is also pretty good. It does not take much energy to run efficiently. I haven't faced any issue while using it so far and i am happy with its look too.

I have the 4 burner cook top from kaff that has an excellent burning mechanism. The flames are evenly split with consistant flames and control knobs that are smooth to the touch. Cleaning the cook top has become very easy with glass top and the holders are firmly set to prevent the utensils from falling off. Its an excellent cook top that outshines the rest.

Excellent design on the hoover chimney that rises up which helps tall people not to bump their heads on it. With a powerful motor, the chimney is capeable of taking in huge ammount of air at a consistant rate. Furthermore the chimney is very silent and less noise polluting which makes it an overall winner. It is a product made by kaff with more appliances in their store.

Very satisfied with the way kaff has produced such good designs on all kitchen products with good and understanding user friendly design. The glass cooktops are robust that can take any minor damage and chimneys that has a powerful air flow but works silently at the same time. There are built-in options for ovens, microwave etc which comes very handy when there is less space in the kitchen. I'd say that everyone should buy kaff product but in the end its up to everyone's preferences. My personal opinion would be to try out kaff once and you'll never have to go anywhere else.

I finally got a perfect chimney from kaff and it is modena cx 90 after struggling a lot with my previous chimney of another brand. It has a strong suction power that is perfect because i have a medium sized kitchen. I bought it from kaff's showroom in banaglore and the whole process of intalltion was done without any issue by the team. Not only this i got a good warranty on this chimney from kaff because there was some offer going on this model at the time i bought it.

I registered a service request for installation of a kaff hob
On 31 july before 2'pm
The customer care executive said i will get a call before 2 working days
On 3rd day again i called i. E 2 august the cc executive said she would escalate the issue
Today is 3rd august still nothing is being done
Really sad for choosing a product with such pathetic service.

Since i installed the ashford series double sink, cleaning up the dishes has become very organized and well maintained. Earlier the sink was small and congested but ever since i got the new sink from kaff, it has provided me with a bigger space and more room to wash the plates and utensils. The build quality of the sink is very sturdy and well furnished with a modern look that appeals and blends with the overall look in the kitchen.

I installed the double wall drawer system in my kitchen space as the previous drawer system jammed a lot of times and it became irritating after some point. Since i installed the double wall drawer system, there was no problem with any jam and pulling out the drawer feels so heavenly. Furthermore it glides gently even if there are lots of weight on it which makes it wasy for a weak person like me. Furthermore when it closes, no matter at what speed, it would slow down at the end and close gently. Love the overall design and process done into this. Would love to renovate my kitchen using all kaff products.

I have been using this chimney from quite a while now and haven't come across any big issue so far. I finally settled to kaff's cooker hood chimney after using chimney of another brand. It just it is a bit difficult to clean the filters and it makes little noise when it starts but after a while, the noise level goes down that's all. I am happy with the product.

I just bought a hob from kaff's showroom, it is a new edition of milano series. I am very happy with the whole look and its performance. The whole set up is premium looking and it is totally worth its price. Now, my cooking has become a lot easier because this hob has 4 burners that have different frame size for cooking multiple dishes at a time. I seriously thank kaff for such a good looking hob.

Purchase date was 7-apr-19. We bought it from s. K refrigeration najafgarh road new delhi. The the stove original box was missing the shop owner said that the box is damaged so i am giving u in a different box to which we agreed. After 2 weeks i had to call a customer care as the gas stove of the left side was created problem while we were sim the flame. The guy came and rectified it.in may again we had a issue with the other burner giving sounds while we sim the burner. The guy came i asked him to replace it with a new burner but he said not required. Now today 19-jul-19 my one burner is not working. The customer care number [protected] is not working and i have landed up with nothing. Please replace my gas stove with a new stove that piece is defective.
