The glass cooktops are robust that can take any minor damage and chimneys that has a powerful air flow but works silently at the same time. The customer care executive said i will get a call before 2 working days
On 3rd day again i called i. E 2 august the cc executive said she would escalate the issue
Today is 3rd august still nothing is being done
Really sad for choosing a product with such pathetic service....

Since i installed the ashford series double sink, cleaning up the dishes has become very organized and well maintained. Earlier the sink was small and congested but ever since i got the new sink from kaff, it has provided me with a bigger space and more room to wash the plates and utensils. I have been using this chimney from quite a while now and haven't come across any big issue so far. I finally settled to kaff's cooker hood chimney after using chimney of another brand. It just it is a bit difficult to clean the filters and it makes little noise when it starts but after a while, the noise level goes down that's all. I am happy with the product....

I just bought a hob from kaff's showroom, it is a new edition of milano series. I am very happy with the whole look and its performance. The whole set up is premium looking and it is totally worth its price. I bought a microwave and the board got complaint in a month. The technician told that it will take 2 weeks to repair and has taken the board. It is almost two months now and I don't have any information on the same. When I try to reach out the service centre they gave me the Head Office number and the Head Office person tells me that this has been sent to Gurgaon for repair. I had purchased kaff opec dhc 60 from authorised exclusive showroom of kaff but wrong model is delivered to me. Even the technician which came from the company didn't inform us about it. Our model is completely different from the model that is present on the kaff website.
I hadn't expected this type of fraud. Even store owner is incompetent to solve our issue....

As a wine enthusist, i bought kaff's wine cooler kwc 38 a year ago. The best thing is that it is a free-standing wine cooler with a capacity of 32 bottles (Approx.) at a time which is just perfect for me. Its compact size makes it look very classic and fir for the kitchen. I am very happy with the overall performance of the cooler as it's quite easy to maintain and also comes with so many cool features....

I am very fond of owning a good wine cooler and all other brands i have tried are not as good as kaff. I bought kaff's auto clean chimney and it is very easy to maintain and i don't have to worry about clean it very often. As all the motor and filters are concealed behind the body it does not make much noise and the suction power is also pretty good. It does not take much energy to run efficiently. I bought this chimney a while ago and haven't faced any issue with it till date....
