I will always recommend kaff to everyone who is looking for good quality kitchen appliances in the reasonable price range. I am currently using many kaff products such as a chimney, built-in oven, and a hob. All are working in perfect condition and quite easy to manage. The chimney does not make much noise, the built-in oven is easy to operate and is multifunctional and the hob is very easy to clean and enhances the overall look of my kitchen.

I was looking for a good brand to buy a built-in hob from. So one of my friends recommended me kaff's bellini series for latest model designs. I got this hob blh 784, it has 4 full brass burners with 1 big triple flame ring, 1 mini flame ring, and 2 dual flame rings. The hob enhances the beauty of my kitchen and it is easy to clean and maintain because of its black glass covering. Thanks, kaff for such an amazing product. I will definitely further suggest kaff for buying a good and reliable product. The best thing about kaff is that it provides you so many categories of products to choose from and in well reasonable price ranges.

I bought modena dx - 90, kaff's island chimney a year ago and i found it very comfortable to use and it is very easy to clean as well. It has a strong suction power of 1200 m3/h which does not let any amount of smoke escape from the cooking area and the whole thing takes up less energy to run. It looks really good in my kitchen because of the stainless steel flawless curves, which makes the whole set up look neat and tidy.

I am currently using free-standing wine cooler kwc-126 from kaff and it's compact in size and looks stylish in the kitchen. I am very happy with the overall performance of the cooler as it's quite easy to maintain and also comes with so many cool features. The wooden slaps and fan-cooler maintain the perfect atmosphere for wine. Thanks, kaff for such a good quality product.

One of my friends suggested KAFF Chimneys and so I bought FALMARC-A DHC 90 last month from their Delhi showroom. I am very impressed with the whole package right from the services in the store to the installation process to the performance of the chimney, plus it has a lifetime warranty. The chimney suits perfectly to my cooking need with air flow are of 1350 m3/h, it does not let any amount of smoke escape from the cooking area hence, making my cooking stress free. And the best part about this chimney is that it is operated by hand gestures which makes it more convenient to use.

Kaff's products are of high quality and make your kitchen look more spacious and well organized. I am very happy with my built-in hob, as it enhances the interior of my kitchen. It is making cleaning stress free as the black glass is easy to maintain. It also save my time and efforts because when it comes to cooking the brass burners with dual flame do their job efficiently. This is the best thing i got for my kitchen.

I am using kaff's cook top kc 60 ssgi and it is of compact shape and style which makes it perfect for a family of four. I am fully satisfied with the performance of the product and it consumes less gas as compared to another normal cook top. The black thick glass covering makes it look very classy and neat, it enhances the overall look of my kitchen.

Pathetic experience with service age rs and customer care. Lodged a service request and have made 50 calls hence to follow up. No body is bothered. Only want to service as per thier convenience and timings.

Not professional at all. Big mistake to buy a kaff product. Never again.
After repeated calls and requests they have still not installed the products. I called local electrican and got my gas top installed.
Agents are untrained and rude.

I recently bought kaff's island chimney turin island 120 and the product quality is outstanding just like its modern look. Kaff has various kinds of chimneys for every type of kitchen in reasonable prices. The one i bought requires less maintenance, plus its energy efficient. This chimney has made my kitchen a better place by taking over all the unnecessary fumes and odors.

It fits in my kitchen slap seamlessly which makes it look neat and sophisticated. Not only this is is very energy efficient and does not need much maintenance.

To regional manager - kaff chimney applications.

This is regarding serious issue of death near miss in my kitchen last week when kaff chimney fell on burning stove (4 nos.) early morning. Complain no: kf294575. - response from kaff team still awaited.!!
This is 2nd time of chimney has fallen on burning gas stove - earlier complain no: kf263413 and kf232458.

The cause of chimney falling is poor installation (Sometimes on 1 nails..) on kitchen wall.

The installation team should have to be meticulous / watchful in installation mechanism and procedure so that repetitive accidents is avoided.

I request to refund of the chimney at the earliest.

I am very impressed with kaff's built-in microwave kb4a. It heats up the food in a proper manner by using less electricity so i don't have to worry about the increasing electricity bill. This microwave fits in perfectly with its stainless steel front body. It is very easy to operate and needs less maintenance which makes this a perfect thing for my kitchen. All the products of kaff are built for the customer's full satisfaction.

I renovated my kitchen a year ago and decided to replace my built-in hob with something more multi-tasking. So i bought this cooking range ksq 60 from kaff. I chose this mainly because it comes with oven and grill. It has made my life easy especially during working days as i can heat up things in the oven while cooking on gas. I bought it in a very pocket-friendly budget from the showroom and got a good discount on the warranty card.

I have been using kaff's built-in hob blh 604 and haven't come across any kind of techincal issue till date. The whole unit is perfect, in terms of its looks and its powefull brass burners with high efficency consume less gas and make cooking simple and easier. The best part about this hob is that it comes with different types of flame controlling mechanism to speed up the cooking process.

I always prefer kaff for buying kitchen appliances because all the products are long-lasting and budget friendly. I am very happy with blh 804 a built-in hob from kaff. Take it from personal all the kaff's products are made to suit indian style kitchens and this brand provides a wide variety of styles and design products. Best thing is that all of this comes at a very budget-friendly price. All these things make kaff one of the top 10 brand which is suitable for indian style kitchens.

Even after sending all the required documents before the last date to the kaff appliances gurgaon office, they have not contacted us for the redemption of the holiday package we won in scratch and win contest. And their customer care number : +91 [protected], they are not responding. I am attaching the scan copy of the scratch card, and the copy of courier dated 10th nov. Which we tracked and was received at the kaff appliances gurgaon office ( address : SS plaza 4th floor sector 47, gurgaon 122018). And yes we have even send them the email of scanned copy with the product purchase receipt via email to [protected]@kaff.in which is showing over burdened. In short they have been cheating on us. Please revert back or we know how to approach consumer Forum and get you to the trial.

I always prefer kaff for buying electric kitchen appliances because all the products are long-lasting and come in pocket friendly price. I am very happy with the over all performance of built-in oven kov60 mhf from kaff. It is very energy efficient with capacity of 60 liters. It fits in my kitchen perfectly and gives it a neat and classy look. The best thing about all the kaff products is that they takecare of safty issues really well, thats why it is equipped with child safty lock. Thanks, kaff for such good products.

Hello sir,

I purchased a cook top from gurgaon this august, since that month i am facing a problem in left (The biggest burner) it makes sounds very often as soon as i try to ignite it either from matchbox or from lighter, in past i have requested 3 times to rectify this problem, but all in vain.

The situation remains as it is…
May i request you to please provide me with a replacement as the problem stands as it is.
