I have purchased hop top las aug and the product received was damaged however as installation was done the dealer is not ready to change..my complaint is still open and company is not bothered to support

    Bought KAFF Rover DHC 60 Filterless Chimney on 8-Dec-2021.
    After auto clean oil is not collecting in oil collector. Rather than it is dripping outside from motor housing and it falls either on the mesh cover or directly on the stove.

    Waited for nearly 2 months to see if this works, but didn't worked at all.
    Technician visited and he said nothing can be done and this product works like that.

    I have already used Faber in my other houses but never got such issue.

    HUGE mistake by trusting KAFF. I am looking to get the product RETURN and REFUND the amount.

      Terribly upset with the extremely bad and shoddy service of Kaff chimney installation in Kalina area. After harassing me for one week for installation the technician who finally arrived said the earlier technician sent by the company fit the wrong ducting pipe. I am completely dissatisfied with Kaff. If new customers are treated this bad i shudder to think how existing customers may be suffering after buying their products.
      NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY OR RECOMMEND KAFF.

            My mother and maid was cooking in the kaff stove and it suddenly blasted without any reason. It has injured my mother and she was lucky she just turned back when her maid called at the right moment. It has completely broken down and fell apart and also broke the same kaff chimney.
            We called the shop and absolutely pathetic response from their side. I am not sure how pathetic the product and service is and how the life of people are endangered. I am planning to file a case against the company as this is endangering the safety of people.

              Chimney/ door is not opening

              Chimney is not working, warranty claimed service has removed the hydraulic motor and given for service. More than 03 months completed so far not rectified and continuously mailed to customer car no reply received....

              Hopeless product …I’m facing problem from first day all the burners are cracked and extra fire is coming from the burners my all utensils are getting black….I complaint many times but no one listen to it …never take this product….I want to replace my cooktop

                The touchpad chimney is not turning on. Last time it was repaired by Kaff Support who told that it is due to chip. Upon that we paid him for the new chip but after a few weeks its still not switching on. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  Bought Kaff hob khb 60 br4 hob in Dec-2018. above model. within 3 years the burners wornned out, flames are uneven. complained to service center. the service person said to replace the burners which is costing around Rs.8000. warranty is only for 2 years. A burner bought for 16K with n 3 years we need to replace the spares in less than 3 years costing 50% of the cost. On the other hand bought Faber stove it is working in charm for last 15 years. why so poor quality burners are supplied with such a good brand KAFF? it is a normal 3 member family usage of burner.

                    I bought the kaff Hob this year and within 6 months...I encountered lot of problems and called service centre. They come and repair it..again I called, I have spent nearly 3000 and now the service guy says there is problem in the burner. Ignition is not working too.Need to change. Why is the quality so low. I need this to be replaced free of cost.

                      We have purchased kaff chimney from authorized kaff store in bhopal (m.p) on 16.10.2021 .chimney was purchased on dusshera under diwali dushssera offer of extended warranty of 2 year. Chimney was opened by the person came to install .after opening box LED glass of chimney found damaged and guy told us he will replace it tomorrow.after that I have called so many times to customer care to replace that glass but no one came to replace it till today .we have called service head of bhopal (number given by customer care)and the seller of chimney so many times no result. And extended warranty promises were also fake.i have asked to register for extended warranty on kaff website after so many calles for job card(which is not provided to us by installation person), I have successfully registered but I have not got any mail for confirmation that I have got that extended warranty. I have called customer care approx 10 times to complain above two matters. Kaff has very very bad service .Can you please resolve above issues .

                        KAFF burners are always poorly functions and end up having bends and the part replacement takes months and no follow up from the company. very poor services and follow ups. Being an architect myself, i don't recommend this to any of my clients. such pathetic services.

                          My chimney was not working so i contacted jaipur customer care no and they provide me a technician. technician came and repair our chimney and charges ₹4000 and after some days it again stopped working so i called back on technician no and customer care many times but nobody bother to respond to call. after so many efforts customer care jaipur again provided me a technician and he came and repair the chimney and charges ₹6000 and not provided any bill even though we asked it many times. again after 10 days it stopped working and now neither techinician nor customer care service is replying to our call. we are mentally pissed off of calling again and again and wasting my time on such pathentic appliances

                            I purchased Kaff Albury chimney, newly purchased almost 3 month back, giving problems even after repairs by Kaff executive. Its auto open panel got faulty on the 2nd day o[censored]se. After complaining on helpline, Kaff executive came, removed the panel, took it with him and came after almost 20 days to refit. It hardly worked ok for almost 3 weeks and again panel is hanging now.
                            Our experience with Kaff is too bad.
                            Please change the product, if it has to go faulty again and again

                              Within two weeks one of my burners auto ignition not working.
                              I had a HIndware 4 burner hob for 7 years. Working almost fine .But at last their pan support not available. So I decided to buy a new one from Kaff.

                                With reference to the subject cited above, I invite your kind attention to the fact that I, Sri Sanjeev Kumar Sahu have been deprived of the Missing Frame in Pantry Unit from K911SC (M) on order SO/GGN/2122/11262 due to which I am unable to install the said unit and use the said unit till date.
                                I have paid an amount of Rs. 17, 951/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty One) only while purchasing the pantry unit from the authorised site of your good office i.e. kaff.in. Thereafter the said unit was delivered on 15/08/2021. While the matter stood thus and after receiving the pantry unit, I was astounded with the fact that a frame was missing in the said unit due to which it was impossible on the part of the technician to install the same. After becoming aware of such a situation, without wasting a single moment, I contacted the team of Kaff Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd. to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                It is imperative to mention here that the team of Kaff Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd. astonishingly denied the fact that there was no missing frame in the said unit vide its email dated 04th Oct. 2021, which is a completely bogus statement averred by your team to commit fraud on your part. It is further pertinent to mention that in spite of my repeated reminders, there is no positive response from the team for the reasons best known to it.

                                  I bought a chimney in May, got it installed and started using from 21 September.
                                  The chimney is not working it so l only worked in the beginning 15 days and now the chimney does not folder anything keeping the while house in smoke.
                                  The filter cleaned process was said to remove oil but it does not happen as well.
                                  I tried to contact the person who installed the chimney but he is also not visiting.
                                  The customer service number in Google is pathetic and replied once saying warranty card check karo. That's it after that did not reply even the actual question.
                                  Never expected this from such a great brand.

                                    Bought this on october 2019, installed after a few months. After a few months about April 2020 had an issue, burner not working, heating of the knob and tempered glass. we are using a separate stove as two burners were not working. Service person came around july 2020 after repeated calling and told some sensor problem and the part has to be replaced. Replaced the part only by April 2021. Even while repairing the knob had to be held for igniting, if we take our hand it will get off. About knob heating the service person tells me that it will get heated only, how can they manufacture something like this. Somehow he managed show it working. The next day it stopped working. Complained again to no avail with second corona wave. Again calling many times. These service people close our complaints every time quoting the customer was not available or he asked that will call back. I am surprised how they can close the complaint without completing the work. No service call regarding whether the service was finished or satisfactory. Worst service ever. The hob of around Rs. 30, 000/- is just occupying space without any use.

                                      I bought kaff maintance free chimney Feb2021 now its motor sound too bad within 6-7 month.
                                      Your engineer said that motor would be repaire or other parts costs applicable.

                                      Your product worthless not satisfied or buy it again any other product.
