I bought kaff maintance free chimney Feb2021 now its motor sound too bad within 6-7 month.
Your engineer said that motor would be repaire or other parts costs applicable.

Your product worthless not satisfied or buy it again any other product.

      I have a chimney only 1 year old and while cleaning the fragile hook on the baffle plates broke .
      Registered a complaint and service man came to visit .He was rude and bad attitude .
      He told that baffle plates needs to be changed which would cost around 1600 for both and we won't get a single pair (only one is broken), have to order in pairs .
      Kindly do the needful action .

          My Kaff hob igniter has been govong me problems from thw day i ourchased it and recently when i called Kaff service to repair it and set the flame right they came and were not able to remove the screw and so we permitted them to cut the screw head.
          But the service person damaged the base and left the cut screw as it os and left.
          We noticed it a few days later and when we called to complaon he said me may need to replace it .
          Whose responsibility is it to replace it if the service person damages it
          The service person says i need to pay and replace it but why should i pay for it when the damage was done by them?

            I had complained to Kaff regarding my h
            Hob igniter which has been giving me problem since the day i have purchased the Kaff Hob. Also i wanted to adjust the flame.
            Service person came and could not take out the screw and said he would need to cut the screw to open the hob.
            We permitted him to cut the screw but he damaged the base in the process and left the half cut screw as it is and serviced and left.
            We noticed that he had damaged the base a few days later n now he says we may need to change the base.
            Whose responsibilty is it to pay for the new base.
            It was the service person who damaged it but he says we need to pay for the new base.
            Is this how you Kaff does service for their appliances?

                Kaff india has a very bad customer service line.
                September 7 I called the customer service, they ask me to book an Appointment for Cooker Hoods from their website.
                Their website give error while submitting the form
                Kaff online chat will only take sales request and no complaint registration
                I had to send a message to 56677 where my messages will be charged to get a callback from them.

                I am still unable to contact the company to raise a complaint.

                This is the second request for too much noise in the chimney and the usual revert from the company is 3 days from the time of complaint registration.

                Is this how a company works in India who doesn't give any value to their customers

                  Dear sir, I bought kaff BLH 604 from Kaff.in. Invoice # GGN/21­22/01777
                  The hob stove knob is heating up too much and unable to touch during cooking. My family members already had many incidents of burn on hands but not severe luckily. I called customer care to register complaint. Service men confirmed this product has heating issue and suggested to try bigger model. I am requesting Kaff customer care and service manger Saurabh to help, but they are not responding correctly. Customer care told they will escalate but till today no one called me. Saurabh service Manager Bangalore is accusing me that I am lying and no other customer has heating issues, he is asking me go for plastic knob. I checked with service men on plastic knob, as I thought he also confirmed that it will melt.
                  I am under lot of displeasure with customer care and service with Kaff.in

                  Pleas help to return the product and get back my amount spent around 35 thousand rupees.

                      I have purchased built-in hob & chimney directly from website, sales invoice is attached with mail. After receiving the product nobody dare to call for installation & no response from customer care.
                      In regards to my work i get it installed, however from the very beginning it has issues. On 08 Aug, a short circuit happened & it nearly burns my kitchen. I request you to take this product back & refund me the money.
                      However, your chimney is working fine & I am happy with the product.

                        Installed Kaff chimney / Hood on the 07th August 2021 . At that time there was a noise (metal contact ), which was pointed out to the technician . Now within three days the noise level and vibration level has increased beyond acceptable limits . Issue to be attended immediately before there is more damage to equipment and persons ( it is becoming unsafe for use ). i have the audio recorded of the noise .                           We have been having problems with our table top hob burners right from the day of purchase.

                          We had raised a complaint and your service enggs after visit had stated that the burner has to be replaced.
                          It is now more than nine months since our purchase and no action has been taken.

                          We spoke to your Service head Mr. Ramesh in Chennai who promised action by 15th July for which we told him we will give time till month end.

                          Unfortunately nothing has happened till date and when we called Ramesh he stated casually that he is still awaiting approval

                          Service has been horrible. Hence we want to donate the hob to Kaff and purchase a better brand

                              I bought a/m chimney about 2 months back.
                              This started giving me problem.
                              Initially the flap motor became defective.
                              When the technician came back with new flap motor, the exhaust fan motor became defective, now he has taken the exhaust motor.
                              I wish to register a complain that a new machine which became defective should be replaced rather than repair every 10 days.
                              Kindly help ne out.

                                  Hi, we have complaint many times of dropping oil everyday from chimney and do not work properly. Every time, the service man came and give excuses by saying every chimney does so, but that's impossible of leaking oil everyday from the chimney and from the lights of chimney also. A new product from such a brand kaff does not suit this problem. We want replace this with a good condition new chimney. Hope will get positive response from you soon.

                                    The Defective Product is has been picked from my end about three months back they told that they will offer refund in 15 days and its been more than 3 months now no refund or any Response to call when i tried call the number which is mentioned on the website their customer service asked me to call their sales when I Sales Mr. Kevin told and I Quote " Go ahead and complain to who ever you want we will not process your refund and Make you beg to get your money" I no longer have the patience to proceed this fraudulent company please help me get my money back.

                                        This is regarding order no 36848. Based on kaff team survey on 11th June I ordered LyraDHC60 on 18th June. after receipt of the same, i asked for installation on 22nd June and Kaff team while installing confirmed NOW that Lyra cannot be installed and to go for straight chimney.

                                        Since 22nd I have been sending multiple emails at [protected]@kaff.in from my email [protected]@gmail.com for replacement with Vistoshi Dhc 60 or Vito DHC60 at company discounted rates.

                                        But no one is responding even after multiple reminders.

                                        LYRA IS JUST LYING AT MY PLACE AND KITCHEN IS IN FUMES.
                                        Seems Kaff does not care.
