I bought a/m chimney about 2 months back.
This started giving me problem.
Initially the flap motor became defective.
When the technician came back with new flap motor, the exhaust fan motor became defective, now he has taken the exhaust motor.
I wish to register a complain that a new machine which became defective should be replaced rather than repair every 10 days.
Kindly help ne out.

    The service is improper, they did not even provide even 1 free service, And even faced the problem of improper installation by the company technician and the suction of the Chimney is improper.

      Hi, we have complaint many times of dropping oil everyday from chimney and do not work properly. Every time, the service man came and give excuses by saying every chimney does so, but that's impossible of leaking oil everyday from the chimney and from the lights of chimney also. A new product from such a brand kaff does not suit this problem. We want replace this with a good condition new chimney. Hope will get positive response from you soon.

        The Defective Product is has been picked from my end about three months back they told that they will offer refund in 15 days and its been more than 3 months now no refund or any Response to call when i tried call the number which is mentioned on the website their customer service asked me to call their sales when I Sales Mr. Kevin told and I Quote " Go ahead and complain to who ever you want we will not process your refund and Make you beg to get your money" I no longer have the patience to proceed this fraudulent company please help me get my money back.

          I have recently bought swing Corner and it's one hydraulic portion is not working .I have already informed kaff sale person and he has promised me that he will replace it.Now he is not responding .Can you please provide the me new hydraulic jack or replace my complete refund.

            This is regarding order no 36848. Based on kaff team survey on 11th June I ordered LyraDHC60 on 18th June. after receipt of the same, i asked for installation on 22nd June and Kaff team while installing confirmed NOW that Lyra cannot be installed and to go for straight chimney.

            Since 22nd I have been sending multiple emails at [protected]@kaff.in from my email [protected]@gmail.com for replacement with Vistoshi Dhc 60 or Vito DHC60 at company discounted rates.

            But no one is responding even after multiple reminders.

            LYRA IS JUST LYING AT MY PLACE AND KITCHEN IS IN FUMES.
            Seems Kaff does not care.

              So, I had requested for a deep service for my Kaff Hob. Deep service include flame correction and other cleaning service and was subjected to extra cost if any parts had to be replaced.

              The service representative have done a very bad job, I am still getting yellow flames in all the burners, but the worst part is there are yellow flames with the burner he replaced for a charge of 2400 rs.

              Coming to the replaced burner, It doesn't look new right after installation. It looks like a cheap product and not company made at all.

              Nail in the coffin was from their whatspp handler, there is not a single response for my complaints from this account post service. If this is the service that is going to be provided why bother at all? Just let us go with a local service.

              We opt for company service for a reason, we want to get good quality products and good service. If you not provide what is promised with the service with the first place whats the point of having 2 types of service.

              Kindly refund the amount that I have paid, or fix the issues that I am facing.

                Since the day we have installed the hob it continously has ignition issues. 5-6 times we have put complaints someone comes does something and goes and the problem starts again the next day. Such an expensive brand new product with regular problems is not acceptable. We are asking for a replacement but request keeps getting ignored.

                  I have recently (4months back) purchased four burner Hob from KAFF. Now All the 4 burners are continuously lightening up even though it is switched off. I would like to know if I can go for free KAFF service to avoid this problem or not. I will be needing the service as soon as possible. Please let me know what can I do.

                    Registered a service for Kaff Hob, 2 days back at Chennai, India. A Technician was identified to fulfill the request. The technician fixes up a time for visit and then do not turn up. Repeated calls to his number remains unanswered.

                    Reached out the customer care for help. The first executive I spoke was Priya, the only solution she could give me was to wait as the SLA is 3 days. Extremely frustrating to talk to such executives who do not understand the context and can give only one answer whatever is the issue. Requested her to put the call to another executive, which she said is not possible.

                    I reached out to another executive Ritika, she was patient in hearing. But again there is no solution except to wait for the technician to call at his comfortable timing.

                    It is high time KAFF addresses these basic issues on support. Very bad experience.

                          Hi,

                          I made a purchase of kaff chimney albury 90 and kaff built in hob hbr783b. And called kaff to send technician for installation on 22-Apr-2021. Technician came and installed both the product and left. We started using the built in hob and in the first 20 mins o[censored]se we noticed that there was smoke coming and wire burnt smell coming from the gas knob. So i stopped using the built in hob and called the technician and informed the same for which he said to raise complaint with kaff so that he will come next day to check it. But he was on leave the next day which was friday and come on the next monday only. Technician came on 27-Apr-2021 and informed there is a fault in the knob we have to replace the valve. Then i asked him if it is used for month its ok to be serviced or replace the spare but its the new product which has fault why are you not able replace it. They are saying its not their company policy to replace the product, they will only service it which is not acceptable since it is just 20 mins o[censored]se on the first day. Now they replaced the valve but the knob and the glass is getting hot when we are using it.

                          So please be caution when buying kaff product. If product is without any fault no problem buy if it is having fault even on the first day they will just service it not replace it.

                              I bought a chimney from the local shop which has a collection of Kaff appliances in Champasari, siliguri, darjeeling district in the month of February 2021. After two days, the said product got stop running and accordingly contacted Kaff service provider at siliguri. the concerned person checked the product and found defect in motor. So they took three days to locate the defect of the product. The concerned technician was not competent enough to handle and execute the product. I was so annoyed. How come a company like Kaff can provide the customer such kind of incompetent personnel or technician to resolve the issue. So finally they told me that there is some problem in motor and they are going to replace the motor of the chimney. How come after one or two days the new product got defect? Kaff the most bogus company told me that there is no replacement provision of the chimney. it was a very expensive chimney. they could have replaced the product but they did not do it so. Please note that I found this company Kaff is in reality cheating the customer so beware of it. please beware of Kaff it may bite you like a dog as it bite me by buying a defect chimney.

                                We bought Kaff 4 burner hob in the month of October 2020 during the diwali offer and kept it just like that since we were planning to move to our new house soon. We got it installed just 10 days ago, probably around 1st April 2021 and noticed that the black coating on all the burners is coming off and the copper burners are getting stained with some black stain which is not coming off. I mean the quality of the burners is very low and not reliable at all. If this happens in 10 days I am worried how will it perform in the upcoming days. We are calling kaff customer care continuously but people calling us back are just saying that it is normal with the burners, when we are asking for replacement of the burners. This is very bad considering we spent a fortune in getting the product. If anyone is hearing us then please call us at [protected] and help us with a replacement of either the entire product or the burners.

                                  We order an online Chimney from Kaff.in on 30 March 2021 vide order number GGN/20-21/2122 and got the delivery on 2 April 2021.

                                  The order that we made was for 60 Cm model but instead we got 90 Cm model, that is 30 Cm bigger. We raised the complaint to Kaff on same day vide request number[protected] but now it has become our nightmare since then. At very first place the call centre people were not ready to accept that they delivered wrong model and after approximately 50 calls they agreed to visit and check if they really delivered the wrong model. this inspection happened on 7 April 2021 and again after which we are making daily 5 to 10 calls but no response from them.

                                  God know how they service their people if they cant even replace a wrong shipment

                                    I have ordered one oven and one hob on 8th march 2021, order no 28865, the payment got successful but after that on 25th march they have sent an email regarding the non availability of the hob (MXBX764).I already sent email regarding the refund of the hob but they didn't respond, also the customer care have given me a no. ([protected]), still today they didn't pick up the call. Even, we tried to contact the head office but there was no such response from their end also. It is regretted to say that company's assurance and dealing with the customer is unsatisfactory.
                                    So, I want my money back .

                                      We rcently purchased "Kaff Hob MFBX 763" (Invoice No KG-406) and Kaff Chimney"Albury DHC 90" . I have been facing problems with 2 burners within 1 month o[censored]sage. 1 burner started shedding paint while other completely lost it within a week. Tried to Lodged complaint with supplier and installation team, but response was very disappointing. What is the use of such useless warranty ? I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Kaff. 🙁

                                        From last one year i am not able to get the support for KAFF OTG.
                                        I have called sevral time to call center and local Mumbai support servcies technican office but no one is attneding the call.

                                        I have not expected such a cheap response from this branded company. This is not a small amount and it’s a harassment.

                                        I have a take a strict action against this so expecting positive reply from your end.

                                        Your earliest action will be appreciated.
