After two days, the said product got stop running and accordingly contacted Kaff service provider at siliguri. the concerned person checked the product and found defect in motor. We order an online Chimney from Kaff.in on 30 March 2021 vide order number GGN/20-21/2122 and got the delivery on 2 April 2021.

The order that we made was for 60 Cm model but instead we got 90 Cm model, that is 30 Cm bigger. We raised the complaint to Kaff on same day vide request number[protected] but now it has become our nightmare since then. At very first place the call centre people were not ready...

We rcently purchased "Kaff Hob MFBX 763" (Invoice No KG-406) and Kaff Chimney"Albury DHC 90" . I have been facing problems with 2 burners within 1 month o[censored]sage. 1 burner started shedding paint while other completely lost it within a week. Tried to Lodged complaint with supplier and installation team, but response was very disappointing. What is the use of such useless warranty ? I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided...

From last one year i am not able to get the support for KAFF OTG.
I have called sevral time to call center and local Mumbai support servcies technican office but no one is attneding the call.

I have not expected such a cheap response from this branded company. This is not a small amount and it’s a harassment.

Fraud by Aryan service (Ajay singh). Cook top hobb installation is Rs100, my shop dealer says Rs 350 for installation. I checked with kaff customer care Jyoti, according to her it’s 100. Oven not coming on
was repaired by your vendor on 10/1/21 and paid 16, 638/- and was given 2 years warranty by Mr. Amit of Paytronix home appliances, Turkman gate ( your Kaff engoneer said he is kaff vendor )
He is not answering calls now ... we are in urgent need of this repair...

I am really disappointed with the unprofessionalism to the core of the behaviour by Kaff. Only mistake as a customer I made is chose Kaff Cooking range and ordered it from Kaff.in website - full payment made. They delivered us with a defective product - door broken - there is no way the damage was due to transit. Looks like nicely packaged damaged product. The installation engineer registered a complaint as a damaged product.

I had raised a service request end of Jan 2021 vide Request no [protected]. I had a requirement to replace drip tray which is broken on my hob. I contacted with the local service and they told me that parts are not available.

It has been more than a month that service is pending. No response to my emails also. This is not expected. I am very disappointed with their after sales service. Want them to resolve at the earliest....

Hi,
The chimney flap is not closing completely and for same we have raised complaint to Kaff customer care. The complaint number is[protected]. After raising the complaint, the Kaff technician has visited 3 times but they are unable to fix the problem. During last visit, they have tried to fix the problem using glue when i have requested for replacement.

Now the technicians are not answering calls and not taking any...

I’m really disappointed with the negligence of the company. My complaint was registered Sat 16/01/2021 and still nobody has come to solve the problem.

This is a complaint regarding an order (Order ID: ) placed for two appliances (KOV 70 BA6, KWM HN6 BLK) on 25th December 2020.

It was promised in writing by showroom manager and sales person that these items will get delivered within 15 days (before 10th Jan 2021).

Now it is 18 days delay and the product is not delivered yet.

I have purchased KAFF Hob + Chimney with order# 19545 on 13th September, 2020 on KAFF online store and later on 16th Nov a ticket#[protected] was raised for PCB replacement in Chimney as all of a sudden it stopped working but till now (more than 2 months) service was not provided by replacing the faulty PCB part. I'm not able to understand why the hell it will take more than 2 months for 1 part replacement.
