Hi,
The chimney flap is not closing completely and for same we have raised complaint to Kaff customer care. The complaint number is[protected]. After raising the complaint, the Kaff technician has visited 3 times but they are unable to fix the problem. During last visit, they have tried to fix the problem using glue when i have requested for replacement.

Now the technicians are not answering calls and not taking any responsibility to repair or replace the product.

The chimney is not even used once and we are facing problem with its flap. Even the technicians are avoiding visit and trying for temporary solutions like glue. I strongly feel that there is some major issue with Chimney and Kaff is avoiding the replacement or repair.
It would be great if problem is fixed quickly or replacement product is provided/installed as soon as possible.

      This is a complaint regarding an order (Order ID: ) placed for two appliances (KOV 70 BA6, KWM HN6 BLK) on 25th December 2020.

      It was promised in writing by showroom manager and sales person that these items will get delivered within 15 days (before 10th Jan 2021).

      Now it is 18 days delay and the product is not delivered yet.

      Sales person, Natrajan (Mob:[protected], and showroom manager, Sudhanshu (Mob:[protected] have stopped picking my call now.

      I have phone call recording of every false promise they have made one multiple times. I can submit all evidences.

          I have purchased KAFF Hob + Chimney with order# 19545 on 13th September, 2020 on KAFF online store and later on 16th Nov a ticket#[protected] was raised for PCB replacement in Chimney as all of a sudden it stopped working but till now (more than 2 months) service was not provided by replacing the faulty PCB part. I'm not able to understand why the hell it will take more than 2 months for 1 part replacement.

          I believe if Kaff company would have manufactured it and send it also it should not take more than 2 weeks instead of directly sending from warehouse. This is very very frustrating to me to regularly follow up on this and get same response from customer care that it is pending part replacement.

          Regarding customer service - in my whole life I did not see this type of worst customer service as they abruptly end the call while we talking to them which is very unprofessional behavior of the team.

          I feel that I had a made a worst decision in my life to buy KAFF products even though we have so many products out there. If you guys are not able to provide please stop selling your products atleast that will save your time as well as our time.

          I have almost spoke to customer care for more than 25 times from 2 weeks from the day the ticket was raised but nothing has been changed. Hope atleast this forum will help me to get my problem resolved with KAFF chimney.

              I bought a chimney on Dec 30 and the technician came and drilled two holes and placed the Chimney without placing the scuff plate and duct pipe. He told that he would get an aluminum pipe(next day) and it would cost 1500/-. He charged me 570/- for placing the chimney on the wall without connecting the duct pipe. I bought a duct pipe and called him the next day and he told that he would charge extra Rs.300 to fit it. I called his manager and he said that the whole world pays this and you can complain to anyone.

              These people are looting money. When i called customer care about this, they don't have much knowledge on the charges of duct pipe and gave the contact of the same person who was threatening me. What a pathetic customer care of KAFF and the installation guys are looting money.

                Kaff one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would advise who ever is buying kaff do not buy their appliance or else you are stuck with them. Never respond to complaints. You will be running from pillar to post just to get a hold of their technicians.

                  This is in regards to the delivery of a broken chimney on 30th Nov at my place in Balangir, Odisha. When I called Customercare to get the technician to install (Request#[protected] on 2nd Dec, I found that the glass of the chimney was shattered. Also the main chimney was not looking in good shape. I have lodged a complaint through the customer care (Complaint#[protected] but after few days when I followed up with them the complaint was closed and when asked the reason they said they don’t know the reason of it and someone will call me back to tell the exact reason. Still no response from them. I have also sent several emails but none of them are answered.

                    We have raised request for service in the first week of November. No one even bother to attend the service. Customer care center provides robotic response. Our service person will call you. our req no is[protected].

                      Really disappointed with KAFF’s inbuilt HOB and the after sales service.

                      The big burner of the inbuilt HOB has not been working properly since first week. The flame would cut off while cooking and this is causing gas leak which is hazardous for mu family.

                      Another issue is the knobs gets super hot while cooking and this has burnt the hands of mu family members when they are trying to turn off the stove.

                      After making several complaints the technicians are unable to fix the issue and they are just making lame excuses about the repairs and product. The technicians are bluntly saying that heating up of the knobs is common with KAFF inbuilt HOBs and this is known issue without any fix.

                      We have asked them to replace the faulty unit but they have been just dodging our request and now they are saying that they won’t replace it after one month o[censored]se although we brought to their attention about this issue in the first week o[censored]sing the appliance.

                      The technicians are clearly mentioning off the record that KAFF appliances are not built to last in Indian market and these inbuilt HOBs are not built for heavy cooking.

                      We have been trying to escalate this as much as possible but KAFF after sales service is as useless as their appliance. I am really disappointed to have purchased KAFF appliance for my new home as they are just not worth the price and the after sales service is pathetic.

                      I demand that KAFF immediately replaces this faulty inbuilt HOB with a new one as my family’s life is at risk with this faulty unit.

                        I bought kaff built in hob...but I regret to have bought it. The burners require replacement every year. The flames run orange and the metal of the burner contracts after usage. used to have old indian regular gas stove, but that never had such problem. I feel being an international company the product should be work class...but unfortunately the product doesn't live up to the standard expected. The year on year purchase of the burners is too high. I regret to have bought kaff.

                          The four burner gas stove giving some problem. it is making red flame and some noises while using. The service person told to replace entire burners which will cost 9000/-. In that case a new table top can be purchased . Now i have to close the hole with fine granite and arrange good looking table top to have safety and peace of mind. The third party service providers are trying to loot by replace entire burner set which is not required. It is always better buy good indian brand unless have filthy money to thtow.

                            I am from Chandigarh. I had taken a smoky chimney for home kitchen from Rasika Electro Zirakpur on 7/11/2020. Due to business relationship I agreed to take the bill later. When the mechanic comes to install the chimney, he asked me to send his hand but today he has not done anything till 17/11/2020 and the dealer Rahul Singla is not even picking up the phone. I am very upset.

                              I bought a chimney on 29th of September and due to noise issue I raised a complaint on 7th Oct 2020. I can’t think of worst customer service than this.its more than a month now no resolution has been provided. Called many times on cc number talked to Asha from head office, Priya enterprise(Delhi) but they don’t have any clue what’s going on . I have not used this chimney and the horrible experience with Kaff support has made the trouble double. Are you guys just here to eat hard earned money of customer ????

                                I wanted service for my kaff hob, but the call was outsourced to a third party . Very poor servicing and they do not have any spare parts with them, nor they are aware of their price. They asked that they can arrange the spare parts on request but how the authenticity is guaranteed if there Is no labeling.
                                My burners are deshaped and melted which is not expected from a brand like kaff

                                  I have a HOB of kaff model NO. NQ 600 BG. The kaff the said OEM is not having the replacement glass even I am ready to pay for that. Kaff has very poor after sales service. All are requested to kindly look into Kaff's poor sales and service. My complaint No. is[protected] dated 19.10.2020. it will be better if I had purchased some other company hob.

                                      I am very fadeup with Kaff services as I purchased Chimney (PRIMADH60) on[protected]. Now I want to extend chimey Pipe so called to service provider for this, it's almost 10 days passed to taking regular follow up but nobody is coming his name is Karthik, mob no - [protected], I will never suggest to anyone to purchase Kaff product as services are not good.You guys are just selling product but no one cares about customer satisfaction.
