Kaff Appliances India — Defective kitchen hood / chimney

Installed Kaff chimney / Hood on the 07th August 2021 . At that time there was a noise (metal contact ), which was pointed out to the technician . Now within three days the noise level and vibration level has increased beyond acceptable limits . Issue to be attended immediately before there is more damage to equipment and persons ( it is becoming unsafe for use ). i have the audio recorded of the noise .
