This is regarding order no 36848. Based on kaff team survey on 11th June I ordered LyraDHC60 on 18th June. after receipt of the same, i asked for installation on 22nd June and Kaff team while installing confirmed NOW that Lyra cannot be installed and to go for straight chimney. Since 22nd I have been sending multiple emails at [protected]@kaff.in from my email [protected]@gmail.com for replacement with Vistoshi Dhc 60 or Vito DHC60 at company discounted rates. But no one is responding even after multiple reminders. LYRA IS JUST LYING AT MY PLACE AND KITCHEN IS IN FUMES. Seems Kaff does not care.
