Kaff Appliances India — Kitchen wall mount chimney | |||||
I had given a complaint regards the exhaust fan of the chimney not working. They sent a serv. engg. and I was told fan needs to be sent for repairing to Gurgaon and it will take 10 days. The fan was taken on 24 March and it is about a month. Neither the authorized service center nor the toll free number provide sufficient details for the delay. Also, the authorized service center person evades my calls. The Toll Free number just takes the complaint and says someone will get in touch within 60 minutes. This has been going on for almost last few calls and days. I do not know when the motor is going to get repaired. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Bought the dishwasher in 2014 Nov.Havent used it even once!after repeated calls, a technician came and he said spare parts are missing, motor is spoilt(of a product which we never used)

Never buy Kaff.I haven't seen such a pathetic service with any other brand
Better to go for IFB or Siemens
