Kaff Appliances India — wrong model

Address:2407,1st floor hudson line,gtb nagar,delhi, New Delhi, Delhi, 110009

I had purchased kaff opec dhc 60 from authorised exclusive showroom of kaff but wrong model is delivered to me. Even the technician which came from the company didn't inform us about it. Our model is completely different from the model that is present on the kaff website.
I hadn't expected this type of fraud. Even store owner is incompetent to solve our issue.
