Complain is about a doctor in an emergency.
We were getting treatment of my mom from Dr. Lalit (online) since June 2020 in Kailash Hosptial, Noida and he advises after seeing her report in August 31st that she is fine but need to supply blood transfusion. we went KH and they just forcing us to admit her in the isolation ward without seeing any symptoms of covid19. When we asked reason then they showed temp. 99.8 degree in her thermometer, the same time we checked in our thermometer 3 times in the interval of half n hour and it showed 97.3 only, still to be sure we bought a new thermometer and checked again then this time shows 96. After discussing this with Dr. Heera in the casualty section. He started arguing and saying no she needs ICU now else take her back. We told him that in the evening online appointment Dr. Lalit didn't tell anything and she is feeling good just need a blood transfusion, so he started behaving weird and tell we can't allow.
It is just sheer fraud and money-making technique of KH and its staff without thinking even once about patient n their family. Need to take action we have all proof of pictures and recordings. During this pandemic also they are not behaving like humans. We request authority to take necessary action and ask about this case: Dr. Heera in the casualty section on 31st Aug 2020 between 8 PM till midnight.
