Went to consult dr sanjay mahjan with my husband. We wanted to consult an md physician. After checking up at your webdt wed cided upon dr sanjay mahajan. The board outside his chamber at the hospital. Clearly states dnb, mnams as his qualification.
Please note that in your website his degree is mentioned as md. Do you not update the information on your official website??
Why is this so??. Weknow that this is a serious error. Kindly update the doctor's correct qualification on your website.

      Dr sanjay is very rude and arrogant in his behaviour. Had gone to consult him today evening for my husband a senior citizen. Since i give all the medicines to my husband myself, i wanted to tell the doctor which medicines he is taking. Dr sanjay insulted me, asked me to keep quiet and only let the patient speak. Myhusband had asked me to tell all about his medicines to the doctor, since he does not remember what all he takes. I have felt insulted and humiliated at dr sanjay's behaviour towards me (A senior citizen myself) athis kind of rudeness will cast kailash hospital in a very bad light. Please take note.

        Hi,

        I also visited gyne department in kailash hospital and my experience was also very pathetic. They do not listen to you properly and tell some generic things which you already know. Consultation fee is also very high and the service given does not do justice with the amount of money being paid. They do not spend more than 2 minutes for one patient so that can earn more money by seeing more patients in less time. So i better changed my dr and taking consultation from her.. Its better to go to any government hospital rather coming to kailash. Please never ever consult any gynae in kailash. Dr uma sharma will call u many times and advice u to do ultrasound everytime even when not needed. She prescribed injection for low placenta which was not required actually and was very painful. My other dr whom i am taking consultation she told that it's not required. So advice u all to not to visit kailash in gynae department. They are money making factory.

          Today i. E. 25.02.2019, my mother got admitted in this hospital in emergency at around 4.00am and after half an hour i was faced the following situation:
          1. A nurse in emergency informed that patient is only allowed to stay for half an hour only either admit the patient or take her home.in response we said that let's wait till the drip finishes but nurse said that she can increase the speed of the drip and it can finish within 10mins or less.
          2. Then being handy with cghs card they offered us double sharing room which we were quite reluctant to take as our preference was for single room.
          3. A night incharge mr kripa shankar talked inappropriately saying 'do females hai aur patient be female hai' which means that he was sure that he can pressurize.
          4. He then inappropriately pointed his finger inappropriately and aggressively pressurized us to take the patient home.in response we said that the other part of emergency room was closed and there was no rush of patients but that man was not ready to listen.
          5. The only point he used to justify himself is that we came with cghs card due to which our eligibility was for double sharing room and other than this no room was available but no one and the floor manager informed us that we can take the single room on cash payments which we did then and out of no where single delux room was available.

          This was the horrible customer experience provided by kripa shankar according to whom he can take females lightly and talk with females with inappropriate gestures.

          Request you to kindly issue an explanation call letter to mr kripa shankar for his bad behavior.

            This was an incident of june 2018. After that, today i got time to write few lines about this great doctor.

            My husband was complaining severe headache from 2 days. So we decided to visit a general physician at kailash hospital. To our bad luck we met "mr. Manas chatterjee". I don't even found worth calling him a doctor. After listening to my husband he said he is having viral. When i asked him that he is not having fever how...

            My mother was suffering from type 2DM and cholelithiasis since 29 yrs, she had 6 vomitting at night and was having fever and nausea, we have cghs panel and we visited emergency as my mother is really sick and weak, there was a lady doctor in emergency who cleverly hidden her coat where her name is written and refused to admitt my mother when she saw that we are cghs panel patient. She also asked us to bring permission from cghs for admission under emergency and opd both separately and also a diffrent permission from hospital for the laproscopy when i told her that i have the permission for laproscopy she said this is not valid and you need two other permission from safdarjung hospital for admission in emergency and opd as rules are changed from march 2018. We sadly took my mother back to home in such bad condition and visited other hospital who behaved well and immediately admitted her seeing her condition, when i searched for the new rules, cghs dec2018 updated rules say that in condition of emergency the empanelled hospital is supposed to give treatment to panel patients immediately . No permission is required for emergency condition.
            Hospitals like kailash are buisness oriented not for treating patients, there are patients in emergency who are comfortably sitting on beds no fluids nothing no unconscious patient doctor were sitting and laughing and this lady doctor sent my mother back in such bad condition, this shows that how money can buy these people doctors are no gods or nothing they are just making money from people, they dont understand the suffering of a patient but they treat a patient according to the bundle of notes they are getting from the client, no matter how hard government will try to ease the process of panel patients, these hospital will never treat panel patients properly. They are completely fraud buisness man sitting like jerks .

              Shameless doctor uma sharma who works in kailash hospital noida sec 27, do not even care about anything. She have 5 to 10 female doctors who she appoints to attend patients who actually have paid for her to see them. On the first time there was a different lady and on the second time there where 3 ladies chatting with each other about thier home affairs, out of which when asked one of them pointed out the real dr. Uma sharma who when questioned about the blunder responded -"i can not look after so many patients on my own, that is why other less experienced doctor are here".
              Well a blunder, shameless, pathetic act done again by one of the most experienced doctors in noida. Do not get played by such # who bring shame to the country and sickness to the society.

                Kailash healthcare noida sec 27 very bad hospital, he provide wrong report for making money. I went there for medical checkup of my wife and he told me for mri test, ultrasound test and blood test and they told me ovarian cyst. Then doctor suggest me for a surgery and gave me an estimate of 78, 793/- indian rupee + already paid for tests which cost me approx 20, 000/-. After 1 week i went rml hospital they check my all report and told me it all reports are fake.

                    I went to the ent doctor but after getting the treatment instead of feeling better i am feeling worst that earlier.
                    I went for an x-ray and some lab tests. When i left after having everything done. When i went back to the x-ray counter they said that your x-ray was not clear you have to get it redone wow what a staff they have who are not even qualified enough that they can even tell that whether the x - ray is clear or not.

                    When i went to take my other reports they said that "jis chif ka test karaya tha vo cheej to apne di hi nahi" us time mere ko hasi agayi ki waah kya staff baitha rakha hai in logon ne.
                    Don't be surprised if they will say after a cesarean k bacha to andar se nikla hi nahi.

                    Seriously useless staff and cost is very high wastage of money and time to go there

                      My mother (Sameena Khatoon) complained about pain in her abdomen which after multiple ascertained with the stone in CBD Gall Bladder on 06/01/2018. Dr Deepak Arora suggested for ERCP Endoscopy on 10/01/2018 and then opted to go for Removal of Gall Bladder on 29/01/2018 followed by Stent Removal on 24/02/2018 and discharged.
                      In the whole procedure i was charged heavily with Approximately 1.3 Lacs.
                      Moreover 3 months of this my mother started complaining about the severe pain in the abdomen. After this we go through the Ultrasound which costed me another Rs 1380/-
                      Dr Saroj Dubey suggested for an MRCP for Rs 2100/- (because of the 75%discounted rate) in which Two stone in CBD was witnessed and I was suggested to admit my Mom to SGR due to lack of resources in Kailash Hospital. This is quite unexpected and unethical on the part of this Noble Profession as i am feeling being cheated and i am still in a situation that my patient is still not in a state of well being. It was a clear Cheating and Fraud case on the part of Kailash Hospital I would rather suggest not to visit any of the surgeons there. Mrs Ritu Vohra is of the Opinion that She has the tendency to occurrence and recurrence of Stone. It finally concluded here that all are there to make money only and not to serve humanity Nobody Cares for your Health, Time and Convenience. It is rather a process where u are being directed to rotate in 360 degree to take out your money.

                        Doctor's and supporting staff is good and very much caring but billing procedure is very lengthy and thankless.After getting discharge instructions from the concerned Doctor your file will move in multiple hands then it will reach to the billing desk, which takes around 3-4 hours.
                        Basically sooner the patient gets instruction from the Doctor that he/she is fit to go home, he/she becomes impatience but billing procedure don't understand the same, untill unless concerned attendant don't loose his temper.

                          There is no space for attendants to sit beside the patient, only one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient at night and for whom there is no arrangements.
                          And there is no waiting room even there is no sitting arrangement at reception.
                          Meanwhile if you are going to admit anyone then don't go more than two people with the patient otherwise they have to suffer a lot.

                            मै प्रियवृत पुत्र श्री उदय भान सिंह, ग्राम- नगला कंचन, पोस्ट-करौली बाँगर, गौतम बुद्ध नगर,
                            भाइयो मेरे साथ ग्रेटर नोएडा कैलाश अस्पताल मैं एक घटना घटी है। 4 मई 2018 को मेरे पापा(उदय भान पुत्र वीरसिंह) की तबियत खराब हो गयी थी। जिनको दमा की परेशानी हैं । मैं पाप को गांव से 4 मई की रात 9 बजे कैलाश अस्पताल मै डॉक्टर चिराग टंडन को दिखाया । डॉक्टर साहब ने बोला इनकी तबियत खराब है ICU मै भर्ती करना पड़ेगा । और ICU मैं भर्ती कर दिया। उसके बाद डॉक्टर साहब ने कुछ टैस्ट लिखें जिनके लिए ICU स्टाफ ने बोला आपको ECHS से अनुमति लेनी होगी। मैं पेपर लेने TPA ऑफिस गया।वहाँ पर मुझे सारे दिन घुमाया लेकिन कोई पेपर नही दिया । TPA स्टाफ बोला कल 10 बजे आना । अगले दिन 10 बजे पंहुचा तो फिर घुमाया । मै सीधे कपूर जी के पास पंहुचा उन्होंने अपने स्टाफ से पूछा और मुझे बोले ये हमारी लिस्ट मै नही है। आपका ECHS करेगा मै ECHS OIC सर के पास गया वहाँ पर बोला की वो अपेंडिक्स A पर ये टेस्ट करेंगे और मरीज कैलाश मैं है टेस्ट करना उनका काम है । जाओ मेरी बात करना । मै कैलाश आया और बी के शर्मा जी व कपूर जी से मिला वहाँ उन्होंने OIC सर से बात किया मुझे बोला अभी तुम जाओ कल हम फोन करके तुमको बता देंगे। शाम को अपनी डयूटी चला गया। लेकिन कैलाश अस्पताल स्टाफ(कपूर जी ) ने ये किया डॉ चिराग को बोलकर पापा को मेरे बाद मैं गंभीर हालत मैं अस्पताल से बहार कर दिया। बोला कि तुम्हारी हालात ठीक है तुम जाओ अभी टेस्ट की जरूरत नही है। और उनको घर भेज दिया जिनको मै अभी अन्य किसी हॉस्पिटल ले जा रहा हूँ। मेरे कुछ डॉ महेश शर्मा जी से कुछ सवाल है
                            सवाल 1 डॉ चिराग ने टेस्ट क्यों लिखे
                            सवाल 2 टेस्ट लिखे कराये क्यों नही।
                            सवाल 3 अगर किसी को अनुमति नही मिलेगी तो क्या अस्पताल टेस्ट नही करेगा।
                            सवाल 4 क्या डॉ महेश शर्मा छेत्र के बीजेपी से सांसद है तो क्या बीजेपी के कार्य कर्ता का ही इलाज होगा
                            सवाल 5 अस्पताल अपने अनलिस्ट वाले टेस्टों को बोर्ड पर डिस्प्ले क्यों नही करता
                            सवाल 6 मरीज को बिना तिमार दार के अस्पताल से क्यों निकाला ।
                            सवाल 7 मेरे माँगने पर डॉ कपूर ने मुझे लिख कर क्यों नही दिया की ये टेस्ट हम नही करा सकते है।
                            सवाल 8 अगर इन टेस्टो की बजह से मरीज को कुछ हो जाता तो कौन जिम्मेदार होता डॉ, अस्पताल या मरीज के घरवाले
                            सवाल 9 डॉ कपूर ने डॉ चिराग के साथ किसी साजिश के साथ ये सब किया था क्या। जिससे ये टेस्ट ना कराने पड़े।
                            सवाल 10 कैलाश अस्पताल मै इतनी लापरवाही क्यों।

                              I recently got admitted for flu symptoms. Dr manas chatterjee was assigned for me. After doing lot of other tests (Which came negative, i was being suggested for testing swine flu). My parents who are staying in small town of maharashtra came to visit me as i was hospitalized and alone.
                              Dr manas slashed out my parents for visiting me and assured them that swine flu test will be negative. He forced them to leave hospital. Next day test result came as positive. Then suddenly he started asking where are my parents.
                              He never explained me any of the treatments and diagnosis. Playing with my treatment.

                                In night no space is provided for attendants whereas patients are admitted in icu for 14 to 15 days. Waiting room is also full nobody check that how many person are staying with single patient. It is very embarrassing management they ever try to frustrate the attendant where as the attendant is already frustrated due to patient conditions. Please do the needful action at earliest.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I am sachin kumar from noida, my baby was delivered in kailash hospital and all the corresponding treatment of my wife was going over there until i realized that the staff working at kailash hospital is so poor and dull that they don't even know about the dosage of medicines and how to read test reports. Both incidents are explained in brief.

                                  Baby birth date: 15 jan, 2017
                                  Date of discharge: 17 jan, 2017

                                  At the time of discharge from room no. 672, the staff person of kailash hospital who told me about discharge report & explained the intake of medicines. He told me and wife that a medicine named 'calshine p drops' is an eye drop and put in eyes of the baby once in day. On that medicine, oral solution was written so i confirmed my doubt by asking again to the staff person. He confirmed that one drop should be put in eyes once in the day. So, i started doing the same until i realized that my sweet little baby girl was having trouble in opening her eyes.
                                  I again visited the hospital on 21st jan 2017 when i observed yellowish discoloration of the body and my baby girl was again admitted. Before admitting my baby, bilirubin was 19 (Direct 1.29 and indirect 18.5). After the treatment baby was discharged on 23rd jan 2017, and at the time of discharge, nursery staff sister again described me discharge summary and told me to feed 0.5 ml drop once in a day. After i purchased the drop than i realized that it was the same drop which was told initially by a staff of kailash hospital to be put in eyes once in a day. Then after reaching home, i was in a big doubt in my mind that whether i should put a drop in her eyes (Which was instructed by kailash hospital staff on 17jan 2017) or i should feed her the medicine (Which was instructed by another staff of kailash hospital on 23jan 2017).

                                  So, i called kailash hospital to clear my doubt and asked them again what should i do because i was using the same medicine in my baby eyes as per the instruction of your staff (6th floor room no. 672). They thought it’s funny and started laughing at me over the phone and said it's for feeding only.

                                  How can such a big hospital hire such an untrained/unprofessional staff, who even doesn't know the usage of the medicine? I went to kailash hospital for better and secure services and they played with the eyes of my little baby. They charge almost 70, 000 rs for normal delivery and 2 days’ baby care. Baby nursery about 5000 per day. I have never expected such a blunder mistake from kailash hospital.

                                  I am highly disappointed by the poor services even when my baby was admitted for bilirubin, i never met with a doctor who is in charge of my baby. He just visits and makes his fees but whenever i ask to staff that i want to consult doctor they refuse or refer me to an assistant. On date of 22nd jan 2017 (At around 7.30 pm) the lady assistant who told me that she is doctor so i asked her condition of my baby by showing her the test reports. Her answer really shocked me, she said that your baby bilirubin was level 19 and its level 15 now but we will discharge once it reduces is to 1.02 (She was reading bilirubin direct only, and one day before doctor told me that according to my baby age total bilirubin shall not be more than 12). I was completely shocked but i knew she was wrong so i waited up for doctor, but doctor didn't show up. He was busy in ot/ opd or somewhere else.

                                  They have totally uneducated and unexperienced staff. They just open a hospital for making money, not for public health care.
                                  Govt should take action against these kinds of hospitals and they have to fix staff hiring criteria. Playing with life of human being must be stopped at any cost. I didnt paid for such poor services.

                                  Now i decide that i ll go tomorrow to another hospital to have an eye checkup of my newly born baby. But i will fight for justice. I will try govt should take necessary action for the same.

                                  I am completely unhappy by the services from kailash hospital and will share this post to every person i know so that this hospital doesn’t get a chance to play with other people life.

                                    We had admited a lady patient in kailash hospital. Two bad room was allowed to us at 4 flour. One bad was free at evening. We were only two person in that room. We were sleeping. At 12.00 clock 3-4 male staff came in room and make gossips. After few minutes I talk them for not make noise. They said me, we are staff and came here for rest. They sleeped in room till 6.30am and disturb us.
                                    I ask why staff are doing so? Why rest room not here for staff. Why staff need to sleep in patient room on duty. It is allowed by hospital.

                                      I visited to dr. Manas chatterjee in kailash to cure my typhoid which was from past 20 days. Thinking in mind that he was a good doctor and will cure it well. He gave some medicines and asked to perform some lab tests and visit again with reports.
                                      I visited the next day along with test reports. There was some query related to some medical term written there in reports. I asked the doctor about that, but he refused to tell anything about it and just asked to take revised medicine. I further requested him to elaborate the medical term written there, then he got angry and used very harsh words. He said, "you people are oversmart and thinking yourself as doctor. I am doctor and let me do my work." i again requested that i have paid the lab test charges and want to know in details. Have paid the consultation fees of rs. 550 but still you don't give me right to know the diagnosis in details. His behaviour was very rude and he called that it will become cancer. Should he use this kind of language with a patient who is just asking the details about the diagnosis during the lab test and who went there just to cure typhoid.
                                      Hope you look into this matter and make him learn some courtesy with patients.
