I did one RTC ( Root Canal treatment) in Kailash hospital in 2012. The cap in my teeth was removed and I went for fixing it again on 25.10.15. I paid the consultation charges which was 380 (I got some corporate discount) . My bill no is OPD/C/15/281103 the doctor Neena Pandey took 2 mins and fixed it again as nothing has to do just to paste it again. My UHID is 1488318.

She asked for 1000/- INR again for fixing it . The cap was mine She only refixed it at the same place. When I already paid the fee 380/- which is not less amount .1000/- is for what? She said for cementing charges. Is cement so costly that 1 gram will charge 1000/- . After corporate discount I paid 850/- again which I never wanted to pay .They charged from me which is is highly unethical, this is loot . The kailash hospital noida is doing only doing business nothing to do with the hard earned money of a middle class man. I need refund of my money and an explanation for my 850/- INR which i paid for no reason when I already paid 380/- to the doctor.
Extra money taken for tooth filling by doctor poonam bhatia. Earlier she said the charges are 980 for 1 tooth but the bill came as 2484 for 2 teeth. When asked her about this she diverted us and changed her words. This action is not accepted.

They all the just focus to earn money. Specially Dr. Satish Methew, he force us for open heart surgery, and told me only open heart surgery is the solution for my father's problem. if we will not do this, 99% chances to occur for heart attack, we was very effort at that time. and they was playing with our emotions. Even they can solve the heart issue by pushing only 2 heart stent. Normal check up report : Creatinine : 2.6 and they are ready to do surgery. Even Normal Creatinine Range: 0.5 to 1.2 mg/dL I will Advise/ Request to all my dear Friends please don't be continue with Kailash Hospital Noida for Heart related problem.

Kailash Hospital management must take the suitable action against them, and be aware at the time of appointment for Doctors. And not focus on earn the money, focus on the patient problem.

      1. My spouse underwent left shoulder surgery yesterday at Kailash Hospital, Sector 27 Noida. After surgery is over, the administrative staff there asked my son (attendant) to purchase hand immobilizer. My spouse is an ECHS Greater Noida referred case. As per policy, all expenses be borne by hospital and billed to ECHS. On 14th August 2014, same surgery was done in my respect at Fortis Hospital, Sect 62 Noida. The hospital supplied the above item to me. 2. Every time an attendant is required during night to look after admitted patients, managed by patients' relatives. Is Kailash hospital have no night duty staff for deployment for this purpose? 3. Medical report like MRI of Greater Noida patients are not being sent Kailash hospital Noida to Kailash hospital Greater Noida, in spite of repeated requests. 4. Kailash Hospital never bother to reply the complaint made by patients / patients' relatives.

My spouse Mrs. Sujata Debnath, a referred case from ECHS Greater Noida admitted Kailash Hospital, Sector 27, Noida for surgery of left shoulder on 26th November 2014. The surgery was suppose to be done on next day i.e. 27th November. After couple of hours later, she was discharged on 26th November 2014 as the Dr. Atul Mishra, responsible for surgery, himself got admitted due to viral fever. My spouse was told to contact Dr. Atul Misihra and admit accordingly. On query, it was clearly told by management staff that as the referral letter has sufficient time limit of 30 days, no need to obtain another referral letter from ECHS Greater Noida for re-admission. However on receiving doctor's advice, my spouse was taken to Kailash Hospital for re-admission. After spending long hours it has been told that a new referral letter is required for her re-admission. The harassment happened due to mismanagement and unprofessional staff appointed in Kailash Hospital. My email: ps.[protected]@indiaexpocentre.com & mobile : [protected].

I recently had my wife admitted for her delivery of our first baby in Kailash Hospital Noida. i admitted her around 2:45 AM

on 25th march 2013. The behaviour of the nurses & the hospital staff was very rude , lazy , irresponsible & i was getting a

feeling o[censored]nreliability.. This was carried out under the supervision of Dr. VANDANA SINGH who was herself very careless ,

ignorant , rude & unconcerned about her patient & didn't even once consulted this case with her senior. She directly &

rudely told that they only do operations for delivery, without even properly checking , treating & testing my wife. Her

concern was only money . I really suggest eveybody who read this thread that if you are in emergency & concerned about

proper treatment DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO KAILASH HOSPITAL. I bet you a lower grade & smaller Hospital can serve you

& treat you better than Kailash Hospital. For any details & clarification contact DILIP SHARMA @ [protected] or you can

              mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.

My Husband had Kidney Stone, He consulted a doctor in kailash hospital & he suggested operation, coz d stone was too large. He told us d estimated expenses will be around 25000 to 30000 Rs.He got operated some 25 days back, but still he is suffering from pain in his stone.
The Hospital charged a Huge amount of 54, 000/- from us for the operation.
The doctor did'nt extract the stone from d kidney, instead he injected a stand in his body, through which d stones will come out.
For that, he has conducted Lithroscopy 3 times after the operation, but still the stone sare inside the body, nd my husband is feeling a lot of pain. The stand is still inside his body.

U tell me after paying a bulky amount of 54, 000/-, still we r not able to be relaxed. Why, whats our fault, just that, we trusted that doctor.

You have been very right. I will not blame Kailash hospital here, however some doctors are surely to be blamed. What I assume is that medical ethics are clearly mentioned in the IMA registration, still some doctors tend to be arrogant with the patients and clearly violating the ethics.

One of the gynaecologists is one of them in Kailash, who is arrogant enough to be a doctor. I got operated from her, and had some medical issues later. She could not explain or EVEN console for the same, her straight answer for a WHY was: How can i tell why is this happening. She even refused to talk to my parents about the reason and give the medicine name twice, since she had already given the name to me via phone. Then she disconneted the call.

I am not sure how a doctor could be so arrogant, impatient and irresponsive. Thats a real shame on her profession and medical ethics. I had to go to another doctor, with all my reports.

Not sure, if a doctor could be so impatient to well educated class, how would she react to other patients others.

Something should really be done against bad behaviour of such doctors and they should be penalised.
                  Stuti.aggarwal's reply, Jun 5, 2019
They have the worst gynaecologists !! No one in noida should ever go to Kailash !! We went coz we knew them and ended up with tears
the private hospitals are more like grocery stores.after exracting your pound of flesh you never know what you will get.
there should be a regulatory mechnism.an indian doctor in u.s.a was hauled up for prescribin too may pain killers
