Dear ConsumerCourt,

I have facing major issue with Nissan Service Station- Kaizen Nissan Okhla. I owing car Datsun GO -DL1CQ 9932. I have given by car for small fender work on 11th Oct''17 Oct till date I have not received my car.

Kaizen Nissan service made fake car accidental and took Rs.96000 from insurance and Rs.12000 from us. They damage the car engine aswell during their operating to car.

Hi my name is sahil madan in the month of feb 2017 i purchased a new brand nissan micra active
Chassis number # mdhfbuk13gc501867 / engine 871565c / registration number # hr51bn4889

Km done aprrox 14000 km

It was first new car i am having a pathatic experience i feel like i have wasted my money buying this car because this car is full of issue, i ws critisiged my my
Friends and family whiling making a desion of buying this car, and now after 6 months i felt that they where right.

Number of issue with the vechile. Purchase date 08/02.2017 till today 10/12/2017 6 months duration

1 the engine yellow light has come one and i feel missing on my gears and engine makes some wered sounds.

2 the air condition make wered sounds while turning on the vechile at the start.

3 the mounting and under bodys has gone for the toss getting sounds from all over the car.

4 always did schecduled services on time 5000 km check up /10000 km service was charged 3000 inr for service and what the service people did was

Touped my engine oil by on litre and made a fool of me.

5 the balance of my car is not accurate i having a bumpy ride.

The condition is so worst that i do not even feel to drive this car, its just a 6 months old car but feels like 6 yaers when u ride.. I got this car

Finaced for 5 years but i do not feel it will last. I feel i am cheated please suggest what should i do..

    Please help

    Last year (2016) i use to live in gurgaon as i was working with one mnc there. My pay package was good on the basis of which i was looking for some personal loans as i have to arrange some funds for my marriage which was planned in april 2016. But, due to my low cibil score many bank refused my loan application despite of good banking record. Somehow the so called finance company (Mentor) came to know that i am looking for loans and one of the girl from that organisation (Smrati-+91 [protected]) got in touch with me for same, she convinced me that they can easily get my loan done from any of the nationalised bank despite of my bad cibil record. Then she patched me with the owner of that finance company (Rahul shah - +91 [protected]). Rahul took all my kyc documents (Id proof, address proof, income proof, bank statement, photographs) this is when all the fooling where started, i asked how can he help me in getting the loans, he said that he will buy a home on my name for that they have collaboration with bank of india, south-ex, manager (Mr. Raj kumar sihamaar - +91 [protected]). The loan will be a tri party loan i have to pay no emi as all the emi will be taken care by that builder (Avj builders) from which they are taking that home and that builder will give me some amount for this. Bank manager came to my office with one guy from mentor (Sharukh khan-+91 [protected]) to convince me that he can give me loan despite of my bad cibil history and he had came for verification. After checking all the things they bought me a 600 sq. Ft. Flat in tower g on 18th floor, plot no. Gh 12/2 sec-zeta-i, greater noida, for which mr. Bank manager sanctioned a loan of rs.19, 70, 000/- ninteen lacs seventy thousand only.
    Then rahul shah gave my documents to axis bank for car loan. He bought a car (Nissan sunny cvt xv) with chassis no - mdhbban17f5300828 & engine no - 790580d from kaizen auto-okhla for which he manage to get another loan of rs.10, 33, 000/- from axis bank (Loan sanctioned by - kapil dev - +[protected] on my name saying that he (Raul) will place my car in ola for which an official agreement between me and ola will be done (Till date it is not in place) and he will be responsible for the emi’s and i will get some amount from that venture too.
    All things where sat up in place, he took total loan of rs.30, 03.000/- for those asset which were never there, neither the home nor the car. As promised, he paid the emi’s for home and car as well but only for 3-4 months. Then he stopped picking my calls, his office was not there, after enquiring about him i came to know that he ran away. I was getting continues calls from bank for payment of emi’s, i got some legal letters from bank for same. Then i started enquiring about the things i visited bank of india from which the home loan was taken, i came to know that the builder was already an defaulter and he is in jail now so i have to pay the emi’s for that home which was not there. The bank manager who disbursed my loan (Mr. Raj kumar sihamaar - +91 [protected]) was not there, on asking about him i came to know that he did the same fraud with more than 50 people like me.
    Then i visited the car showroom where i met brijesh - +91 [protected], he was an accountant over there. He was surprised on seeing me there after asking about car and rahul shah, he replied that he don’t know any rahul shah, i asked him to dial the number of rahul shah from his phone which was already stored in his contact list which means he was lying to me. He gave me the contact number of that showroom owner kunal - +91 [protected]. I gave a call to kunal, firstly he dint picked my number, after trying for too many days he picked my call, he said that he had paid the entire amount to rahul shah to foreclose the car loan. I told him that this dint happened; he said he will talk to rahul and get back to me. That was the day this team of cons talked me for last time. None of them are picking my calls not replying on my messages. I have already registered a complaint against them in amar colony police station but the police is saying that “the person is not there so what can we do” they are not even trying to chase him (Rahul shah). Rahul and his team might be involved in scam of crores of rupees as there might be many people like me.
    I belong to a middle class family i have never seen this kind of things. I got frustrated from all this things. My family also got disturbed from the legal letters that are coming to my residence at nagpur. Legal authorities are also ignoring the things. I don’t know what to do now.       Dear sir,
      My car no. Dl-8cak-1019 was sent by me to your agency service centre, okhla through one of my employees on 21.09.2017 for check up and repair of a fault in ac. The car was detained by the workshop of 21.09.2017 with advise to keep the car for further check up and to deliver the same on the next day i. E. 22.09.2017. On 22.09.17, the workshop manager informed me over phone about the fault in the ac and the expenditure expected to be incurred on the same. I asked them to handover the car to my employee shri raj kumar without rectifying the fault in the ac. However, on receipt of the car i found that the rear view mirror fixed in front of the driver seat was missing and also the music system was not operating. I enquired from my employee sh. Raj kumar who further made inquiries with shri mukesh kumar and sh. Manoj kumar of the workshop over phone and asked them about the reasons for the missing of the rear view mirror and tempering with the music system of the car. It is very shocking to inform that the workshop people are stealing the accessories of the cars received from the customers for repairs. Kindly make a discrete enquiry into the above incidents and make arrangements for return of the items stolen by the miscreants working in the workshop.

        Hello Sir,

        I am Mingmar Dorje Sherpa who bought Nissan Terrano XL dci on 31, 12, 2013 from Assam Ghuwathi India having Engine No D032225, Chassis No MDHHSNA36DB002250. PSI 110,
        Diesel. I did servicing at MLA Nissan Service Centre on[protected]. at 18758km but i regret to inform you that after few days when i went to hill station
        Darjeeling then i got a problem with red warning stop light and electronic fault or diesel preheating warning light on the way, then i some how manage to drive
        back home.Afterwards, i visited Siliguri MLA Nissan Service Centre situated at Opposite Ulka Club Ground, Jyoti Nagar, Siliguri, West Bengal - 734001.where they
        some how manage to fix the problem and said that this is all because of Injector. where your Service Staff say not to fuel everywhere on roadside fuel station but
        how is that possible?while i am travelling i need to fuel whenever it is needed. i don't need to see the particular fuel station which is also not possible or
        do i have to carry a machine to check fuel for everytime please do needful from your end.

        Now its 19194km, but again same problem has come, now mla nissan service staff is saying it is due to fuel and one of my injector is damaged and it is needed to be
        replaced which costs approx Rs.27000.

        It is damn loss to me when the vehicle has not run so far.Hoping for your kind consideration in such cases.

        And the other thing is i have a Mahindra Scorpio too at home since 2006 but till date we don't face any such problem with it.

        I thought Nissan Company is the best one and i bought the above said vehicle but now i am regretting why i came to you instead of going somewhere else.

          Okhla service department is the 3rd class service station, especially there neelu mam, i have called thrice for the complaint but no one bother me.. Charged highly for the service and i have paid them 26000 but the work not done properly, especially cleaning problem and aftr service my car is vibrating in the first gear, dnt know wat they have done

            I have send my micra for purchasing a new remote with key on 24th may 2016 at kaizen nissan moti nagar. My both old remotes are misplace and i have facing a starting problem so as per kaizen nissan i have send my car for new remote coding purpose and after 2 day i receive a call from service adviser he say all old coding of this car was permanently deleted and we order a new part plus coding of this car it will takes 7 to10 days.

            And till date company not resolving my complain/problem seriously and my car is still under kaizen nissan and evertime company giving a stupid excuse that part o[censored]r car is order it will take a time kaizen nissan cannot give me proper time


            So either you solve my problem else i have to move to take any other necessary step..

            pls solve my problem else now i have to move to take police compliant or any other action...

              Sir, i have purchased a datsun go+ from kaizen nissan moti nagar 3 months back. from day 1 i have been complaining regarding vibration and ac problem, but problem wad not solved and in result ac gas got leaked. know they are asking for 5000/- for the repair of the ac. this is worst experience.
