I am Resident of santoshi mata road, kalyan west. We are not getting purified water since last 6-7 months.beacause of this reason all residents gets affected.i request you to please look into that matter as it's a daily essential.

I already made online payment for the below mentioned property details still showing pending on the kdmc portal. Kindly request you send a payment receipt confirmation.

Dear KDMC,
I wish to bring to your notice that huge amount of garbage is getting piled up next to KDMC water filter plant on barave road the whole 100m road is plied up with garbage on both the sides of the road. During rains they stink a lot and I fear could be a reason of spread of some disease. Request you to see into it and take some steps that people do not throw garbage here.

I have paid my property tax for the year April[protected], on 16-June-2022 of Rs. 8, 404 via online KDMC portal. But after payment the receipt has not been generated and money got deducted from my account. Online portal still showing the amount due. Can you please check and generate my receipt asap. Attached is the SMS confirmation and bank statement for 16-June-2022, of money deducted from my HDFC bank account.

Dear Respected KDMC Team,

I am a resident of Raj Vaibhav Nx, Ganesh Nagar Dombivli West 421202. However our roads are linked via Raj Vaibhav Complex.

Issue: Raj Vaibhav Complex people has put pole in between and blocked the road for bikes car and other vehicles.

The Raj Vaibhav Nx road is not that developed so it becomes difficult for women senior citizens young kids and many other people who are in emergency to take the long route.

Request you to please look into this matter.

I paid property tax of Rs. 8275 online on 17th June for Property No. G[protected], FLat No 804 at Balaji Garden, Ayre Gaon, Dombivli 421201
The amount was deducted but the transaction failed.
I have not received a refund or receipt

For the last 2 months, garbage is not being taken from our place, we have also complained about it, but no one is hearing it, Getting up from the shop next to us, but not taking it from here, so we request you to solve our problem as soon as possible.

With only an hour of moderate rain there was water logging near the Shahad Bridge, Kalyan. If there is heavy rain, then complete area will get flooded. There will be no road connectivity for Shahad, Ambivali, Titwala, Baneli and the other areas. This has also led to heavy traffic on NH 61, both the sided of Shahad-Murbad bridge is blocked.

Requesting you to please clean the sewage and drains in this area...

I am a citizen living in Kalyan from past many few days the garbage has not been collected from our area due to which huge garbage heaps are being created also half of the road is being covered by garbage. I request you to kindly collect the garbage from chakkinakka and chetana as it creates pollution and a foul smell also during rainy season it becomes difficult for the people to walk as it creates dirty puddles of garbage waste .

Our area comes under MMR Boundary ward and here we are facing huge issue of street dogs bites, they have bitten several peoples in our area and one dog even bite my sister on friday 17th June, 2022.

Sir,
I solicit your help over blatant and rampant encroachments of shops in our locality.

Pavements are Society property but the shopkeepers had taken in their control of more than 75% of the total society /streets area. Nowadays and almost every day there is a situation of huge quarrel amongst the general public.

The shopkeepers (Shop 1 to shop 12) have illegally constructed the shed, the actual shop depth is about 20 feet’s, but now it’s more than 50 feet’s, regularly they encroach more land and starting cementing & tiling it. Society has requested many times to demolish the illegal construction but all in vain. Also Shopkeeper parked their theli, thela & specially Hotels, furniture vendor, Tuition classes & Dosa maker use society pavement, for storage of their product due to which lot of inconvenience is caused to common men & everyone residing in society.

In March 2018, Society has given written complain on encroachment but no action was taken and this is second request we are making to take action & help us by providing open pavements lawful and restore the rights of citizens. Timely action is required against those who flout rules and cause distress to the people at large. Your prompt interference and proper instructions to field-check inspectors can only salvage the situation.

I hope your office will react to the place and responsibility will be fixed & encroachment will be removed at the earliest

Payment of Rs. 4, 074 property tax for FY 2022-23 debited from my SBI account on 12 June 2022 but the payment status is appearing as failed on the KDMC website. My Property tax number is B[protected]. Flat No. is 604. Payment transaction No. as can be seen debited in my bank statement is OTHPG[protected]

I was paying my property tax online through KDMC official website on 31/5/2022 around 3:43pm. After I entered the OTP the payment was failed but the money is debited from my bank account. Please look into it. And Refund my money back. I have also attached the transaction details.

I have done payment by my Amazon pay UPI (Bandhan Bank Kalyan Account) paid to [protected]@icici. But after payment the receipt has not been generated and money got deducted from my bank account. Online portal still showing the amount due. Can you please check and generate my receipt asap.
