I made the online property tax payment of Rs 11706 which did not got reflected on your KDMC website. But is deducted on my card as follows - The transaction on your IndusInd Bank Credit Card ending 6271 for INR 11, 706.00 on[protected]:31:23 pm at Kalyan Dombivli Munici is Approved. SO please update this payment or kindly provide a reversal of the same back to my account. B[protected] - flat nr 604 / Mangeshi Srushti / kalyan west .

      I live in area of Titwala West. In our area, we are not getting sufficient water from past 7 days. We are getting water only for 10 minutes. All people have same problem. And that is not enough. Please consider my complaint and get action on it . Thank you.

          Still my Property Tax is showing balance to pay.
          Kindly take action in this regard and oblige.

            Hi we are reside near New RTO kalyan Opposite Nandivali Talao- Navnath Valley Hsg. Sco., Quite earlier they are collecting garbej from between 1-2 days, now some what reason Ghanta Gaadi is not collecting garbej from our society and because of that some resident trowing garbej on road side. As a resident we request you to start collecting garbej from our society for better and clean environment.

                I paid Rs. 2122 online against my property tax payment for Property No. B[protected] Flat No. 009, however site closed abruptly with error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS and amount got deducted from my bank account. This payment is not reflected in Property Tax Payment for mentioned flat above. Kindly do let me know when will I get refund of this money. I have logged complaint in official portal as well.

                          I faced this issue two times consecutively for both my properties mentioned below, wherein everything works fine till the time payment is done, and the moment payment is done through net banking the next screen throws below error without giving me the receipt of the payment (screenshot attached for reference). I contacted my bank and they said that the payment is released from the bank to the vendor. So kindly help here to understand whether my payments were processed and why is the site giving error only after the payments are done?

                            I have paid property tax amount 8409/- online. But I have not received any receipt after payment and also its still showing pending in payment details.

                            Can you please provide receipt and change payment status.

                                  I have made a payment of Property Tax of Rs.4537 via UPI (Phonepe) for the above mentioned Property No. as on 3rd Jun 2022 where the amount got deducted from my account but the receipt not generated. I have checked with the phonepe they have confirmed that the amount is credited to merchant bank. Kindlu look into this matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      I have complaints

                                      1. Property number - F[protected], i have purchased from Mr Chavan on Nov 2019 in my name but still bills are coming in Mr.Chavan name. Let me know process to change same

                                      2. While paying property tax online (Kdmc), my payment was deducted and website shown error. No receipt generated. (I was expecting that my experience would not be smooth and I was right)

                                      3. No customer care number given on bill, where should customer call for queries and complaint.
