There is less water supply from more than a year by year & for That we had already given a complaint to Mr. Sonawane more than 10 time but still the water supply issue is not resolved.

As per the discussion with Sonawane we had changed the Society machine also for Rs. 12000 also put a 2 non returnable cock for our both water supply line at RS. 1700
Still issue is not resolved.
Request you to Please look in to these as we are facing too much of issue & all the society maintenance is going under Tanker only every month we are bringing 8-9 tanker's.

Dear Sir,

We are residents of Siena, A & B wing, Casa bella, Dombivali east. We are writing this letter to arrange garbage pickup in our surroundings on a daily basis.

The problem is the collecting van does not come to our building and because of this, the litter is deposited on the road. It may produce a bad smell after a few days that is harmful for us. Moreover, it attracts various insects and microorganisms. Sometimes, in a windy atmosphere, garbage is dispersed on the entire lane, which makes the society untidy.

This situation has worsened now and the awful atmosphere of the building surrounding. We are concerned about the safety of residents of the building. Hence, We believe this problem should be solved as early as possible.

We request you to deploy two garbage containers near our entry of the building and collect daily or at least on alternate days to prevent the accumulation of waste. Kindly look into this issue and implement stern rules to avoid these kinds of problems.

We look forward to seeing a prompt action from you.

I am a resident of green heritage, Sarvodaya orchid lane, near Sarvodaya park, nandivli road, dombivli east. My complaint is dogs in area have started biting people and kids. Everyday we hear people and kids been biten by local dogs. Not one or two but dogs about 12-15 start barking over people and if it's a kids which is running, the whole of dogs start chasing kids. I request u, takes these dogs out of the area and leave them far as possible. On be half of green heritage society, I request you to take immediate action.

KDMC — Receipt not generated upon property tax online payment

Hi Team,

I have paid my property tax for the year[protected] today dated 11-December-2020 of Rs. 7305 via online KDMC portal. But after payment the receipt has not been generated and money. I tried second time. But still nothing is showing about if payment got deducted from my account. Online portal still showing the amount due. Can you please check and generate my receipt asap ?

Pls Note: I have tried making Payment TWICE ...

Everyday morning since 4am till 10am the songs are played with loud noise. Especially on Thursdays the noise is much louder.

Roads are not in a good shape in Godrej Hill area. Maintenance work has not been done since long which results in potholes and bad quality of the road. Please do the needful.

I am having S1 & S2 as it's in the name of my Parents
21.23+7.60 mixed i.e.8, 025 rs.+ 2, 873 rs. Value means 80.50% of it per year Property tax started from 2011 onwards as revised plan of 10.11.2011 KDMC bandhkaam parvanghi 606/292
I had payed already 24, 899/- rs. on 05.02.2018 slip no 395094, then 50, 000/- rs. On 07.03.2018 slip no 414157 by cheque dated 25.02.2018 of G.P.Parsik Bank which your staff deposited late Mr. Morkel A ward officer, then I deposited Cash at A ward of 8, 000/- rs. on 31.10.2018 slip number 392331
Totally till date I had payed 82, 899 rs. for S1, S2 of the A[protected]
now I am here to clear all dues along with penalties occurred Abhay Yogna 2020.
The staff had provided me bill of 52, 970/- & 18, 980/- for another then as I talked to your official's of Property tax department they were Very Uncomfortable to provide me the answer and told arrogantly that pay what computer says Screen shot provided to me even that doesn't matches as 60, 439/- rs. +21, 657/- rs. for 2 shops S1 & S2 amount payable at Abhay Yogna 2020 is 35, 923/- rs. & 14, 817/-rs. Here again the Property tax is divided in 2 Parts April to September & October to March with S1 having 6, 464/- two times i.e 12, 928 rs. for Year And for S2 it's 2, 318/- two times i.e 5, 636 rs. For year
Kindly go through the matter and clearify it as I want to clear all and close it
Till date 82, 899/- rs had been paid 10 years of tax calculation should be 9334 for both shops per year 93, 340/- as a Principal amount then what's interest year wise where I had already paid 82.899/- of it
Kindly provide me with the Proper way and clearify it as early as possible if possible till to 09.12.2020 I am also giving it in writing at your main office

There are debris which are dumped near Om Samarth Vihar Annexe Patharli Road Dombivli East.
These are not removed. Also MGL had excavated the internal road . Debris not lifted they shall be liable for penalty. Causing health hazards.

I Tilak Bharambe staying on the address as sai ganesh darshan Chawal no 5 room no 2 near Yashwant height and 100 feet road from last 6-7 years. Dur the traveling of heavy vehicles on the road in front of our Chawal and other Chawal also the drinking water pipeline has got leaked so all the water comming in the morning is get spreading on the road and the road is getting extremely slippery... getting slippery at that much extent such that the accidents are happening on the road and people's. Due to the stagnant water in the potholes the no. Of mosquitos are increasing in our area. It is very very difficult to walk on the road or drive on the road for the older persons and the bike drivers respectively. So I request you to look in this matter as soon as possible. And help us from this problem

I m Aditi Somase, resident of Jaie niwas, ramdaswadi, kalyan west.
This is to bring you in notice that there are 15 to 20 stray dogs in ramdaswadi and they continuously bark at midnight and also try to attack the visitors vehicle.
This has been an issue over a year now .
There are people from nearby areas who come here and feed food to them due to which dogs from other areas are also now coming here and creating nuisance.

We are not able to sleep peacefully.. during night shifts not able to work.. take calls attend meetings with concentration.

Requsst you to please take action and take those dogs to another shelter .

I am Babasaheb Shirsat one of the responsible resident of the KDMC Taluka. I reside in Kopergaon Dombivli west and travel daily towards Kalyan to earn my bread and butter but the only problem that facing me and other residents are the heavy auto traffic jam in front of kalyan junction, the way auto drivers park their autos with rude attitude that a residents have to face the problem to pass the kalyan junction, every time i call the police they come and release the jam again in next 10 mins the same problem after instructing auto walas they starts abusing the residents and behave in very bad manners with residents some times the situation take very serious conditions that autowalas starts bitting residents just because residents are being scared and not taking risk to complain about this serious problem. But today it was height that i was carrying my 21 months old baby to the kalyan hospital and i tried my best to not to face the problem. so i am writing this mail to you and request you to take some serious actions and help us residents and other citizens with this daily hectic problem.

Issue - In my society, the huge amount of garbage and dry leaves are burned regularly weekly or fortnight basis. Neither Security stops it neither the Cleaning/Housekeeping department.
Location - Century Rayon Colony, Murbad Road, Shahad, Kalyan 421103

Effect - The burning causes a lot of smoke not only bad for citizens but also for environment.
Solution - Dry leaves can be composted for garden or other purposes.

As per kdmc rule wet and dry waste from residence is collected properly by the sweeper.But still some members of the society throw garbage behind our building wall because of which there is a rapid spread of mosquitoes and rats.Also in that premises there is a fear of snakes.People from other building too throws wastage in that premises. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

We have facing problem from stray dog everyday can't sleep at night because they are barking loudly all time, also increasing number of dogs very fast so please pull out them

Dear Mr. Dr. Suryawanshi,

KDMC.

Balkrishna Darshan CHS, Ramnagar, Chiplunkar Road, Dombivali society has set up shed illegally without official permission of society. 4th floor of society is also illegal. Without any permission the heavy structure of shed is increasing load in society. We the members request to take quick action and demolish the terrace shed as soon as possible. The society has done only external repairing works but internally it has hampered the strength of society.

Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has already started taking stern action against such illegal sheds. It is time that KDMC too start taking action against such illegal sheds. This is dangerous to the lives of society members. Such sheds acts like slow poison which one day would led to huge catastrophe.

Hence I being a mechanical engineer would humbly request KDMC to take very stern and strict action against the society and levy heavy penalty for such illegal and henious crime. Or else we will be forced to case file against KDMC for supporting societies for such illegal act.

I am a resident of Nikki Nagar Co operative housing society in Adharwadi.I need to make you notice that there are lot of stray dogs in the society premises because of that its a problem for children's and senior citizens they may bite any time and bark whole day & Night without any reason. MCGM is being easily accepting applications for the same through its online portal. KDMC is working with too old system of applications. Please repair the street light as it is on the corner and makes the area very dark in the nights, making it unsafe.
