Respected Sir/Madam,
I the resident of Vithhal Krupa bldg no. 2, New Ayre road, Dombivli East has been facing the problem since several months for the trash been dumped near our window which is the passage area between bldg no.2 and 3.We have already requested and complained for this several times to the building owner and other authorities but no action taken yet. My request to you is to get the trash cleared and relieve us from the health issues created because of the same.

There are 5 6 stray dogs in our area who bark the whole night without reason and if any vehicle passes by, they start following them. Please help us the dog catchers team.

I am writing to get the issues caused by the number of stray dogs in our area ( Syndicate, near to Rani laxmi bai garden) solved as soon as possible.
This issue has been prevailing for over a year now, the stray dogs are a continuous threat while walking through or commuting through using vehicles as the dogs are trying to bite and run after us making it troublesome to use the path freely.
I can assure you it is not as a result of fast / rash driving through the path but daily living activities such as buying groceries etc has been made difficult.The dogs make it impossible to use the road irrespective of its day or night.
I have tried from my behalf to be more careful or not to set off the dogs in any manner but seems to be of no use.
I request the authority to please look into the matter and send a dog catching vehicle to solve this problem and people can walk safely on roads.

I residing in Trimbak Garden CHS Ltd, P & T Colony Chowk., Near Hanuman Mandhir & on the wAy to Royal International School Is finding it extremely nuisance becz of too many stray dogs entering my building & also sleeping outside the building gate. There is also the dirty water nala outside my building, which is kept open in our side of the road & closed in the opposite side & which is giving stinging smell & mosquito to the people staying in the ground floor frontside.

We also find it difficult to get out of the building during school days due to the continuous school buses passing on the road from 2 schools. Literally people would fall in the nala if not walked properly.

Pls look into the matter as we are aged people & are requesting for basic things & wants.

Punyodaya park c3 last one week not proper supply of water

I am resident of Adiwali Goan lacted at kalyan east. It has several years that there is no water supply from KDMC and our builder is not taking any initiative to do anything about this problem. It's been fifteen days that there no water in our building. We resident's pay our taxes regularly. But still we are not getting our rights, there's NO ROADS, NO STREET LIGHTS & NO WATTER from KDMC.
It's my humble request to the authorities to do something about this problem.

we request kdmc for pest control and sanitization in building and near by area. Public is facing hygiene and pest, flies and insects issue in area. Threat of viral disease is high in this area.

Dogs in this Vicinity have become too aggressive. They bark & bite at almost everybody. They are littering the gather garbage by picking on it.

Request KDMC to pick street dogs from here.

We are suffering from bad smell and very dirty road are there in our area every where garbage is there no one is cleaning on daily bases in front of our gate there is lots of garbage fallen down we are suffering with bad smell and mosquitos kindly do the needful for the same.

There is one buffalo died in ganesh ghat khadi.
I try to ask local people to help but no response.
Because of the it may affect on health of people who was drinking water, using this water for cooking, cleaning etc .

Please take an immediate action.

A complaint letter was given at H ward Office KDMC on[protected] regarding the building pillar damage work at ground floor block no. 1 of Mrs. Sagvekar at this New Akanksha CHS, Kailasnagar, Kopar cross Road no.4, Near Shastrinagar Old Ration Shop, Dombivli(W). But no action has been taken even though the issue o[censored]nauthorised work pertain to KDMC and not within the powers of the society to give permission for such damage work of this 30 years old building. the photo of the removal of wall and damage to the pillar is enclosed herewith for your ready reference please.
The needful may please be done at an early date.

The Regional Information Commissioner has passed order under RTI Act provisions RTI 0n[protected]. but the same is not implemented yet. thus one Statutory body is violating the RTI Act provisions. The copy of KDMC letter over the said order is enclosed herewith for ready reference please.

This incident takes place daily.
Issue: People are dumping trash on road and place is now well know dumping area. We stay at Nilkhant Ashish chs society at Chittaranjan Das road Ramnagar Dombivali east. Here every day trash is getting collected and stays uncollected. KDMC staffs collect this trash at 9:00am to 10:00am but once collected starts unloading[transferring] wet and dry garbage from small vehicle to big dumping truck. They unloads around 5 to 6 such vehicles into truck causing very foul smell everywhere and dirty oil and water waste leaking on road which have caused lots of bike accidents in past.
Smell is unbearable with lots of dirty partials flying on road which may cause serious health hazards.

Note: Complaint to Mukadam Mr Garud or any approachable authority in area didn't worked and this ignorance is causing problems to local shop owners and resident peoples.
